The guests and topics just get better and better. One of my fave podcasts.

An excellent podcast with all of the ins and outs of the cheese industry. As someone starting a small creamery, I’m listening to this all the time.

love listening to this pod :) it’s super informative. As a former cheesemonger it helps me keep up to date with convos in the industry.

Awesome Podcast- so informational!

I’ve learned a lot about the world of artisan cheese from this podcast: cheesemaking, the business of cheese, sustainability, current issues, etc. The guests are the leaders in the cheese world and the hosts know the business inside and out.

It’s great to hear the interaction about the latest cheese and dairy topics from hosts who clearly care. I like the professionalism but they mix in personality and fun in the most endearing ways.

Thoughtful interviews, about cheese but also about life!

I’m lactose intolerant and I love cheese. Not only is Elena informative, engaging and practical, but she’s fun!!! I just ordered a case of lactose pills and I’ve got this podcast to thank for it. Love it!

So I thought that I was in love with cheese more than I could be..then I heard Elena and learned that “holy butter toast” I’m just warming up. Love the content, host and a highly recommend for the cheese interested or cheese curious!

I really like this podcast. However, this guy Greg is always talking over his guests. I am looking forward to other voices in cheese leading the show interacting with guests. I have a very hard time listening to him.

I've learned so much from this show and can't get enough of the hosts! Funny and relatable, this is what I listen to while cooking. Everyone should care this much about cheese.

I love Anne's casual style -- it's like you're sitting on a couch next to her, gabbing over a runny Brie. This is my favorite weekly listen.

This is definitely my favorite podcast. As a young cheesemonger it's wonderful to have someone as knowledgable as Anne Saxelby to hear talk about cheese every week. I've listened to every one and I've learned so much from them. American cheese kicks butt. And so does Cutting the Curd.

Podcasts don't get much better than this.
