I used to really enjoy this network, but lately, it feels like emotions get in the way of objective analysis—especially when it comes to the Heat. The younger hosts bring a fresh perspective, but some of the others tend to be overly defensive when any criticism comes up. A lot of their takes come straight from the organization sources, without much consideration for the players’ side of things. It makes sense why players might not engage with local media if they feel their words could be used against them later. Even if they do speak, they rip apart their story by just stating what the organization tells them as if it is the sole truth. If the coverage were a bit more balanced and less reactionary and emotional, it would be much easier to listen to. Criticism to the organization is a part of the game, whether you’re a fan or not. Hope they reevaluate themselves.

A lot of bias and agenda driven rhetoric from this podcast towards Tyler herro and Pat Riley. If you want boot licking “Heat Culture” takes. Instead of fair criticism and the hosts actually feelings towards the team and front office. They make excuses for the favorites and more critical on players they don’t care for. This is the pod for the you!

Wants taking so long??

I’ve been a listener for years and love the content, Brady’s great, etc. The constant audio issues this year has me turning elsewhere. Them making light of people’s mics being muted all the time or helicoptering is getting annoying. I hope they make some big adjustments as I want to keep listening.

I never miss an episode. Very professional and excellent communicators. They have a great team and I really appreciate the in depth coverage year round. Thank you!!!

The “Joe Cronin Moleskin Notebook trial” episode is one of the most embarrassing things I’ve heard in a long time. The rest of the world has moved on but they’re still whining about it.

I love getting an insiders take on my favorite sports team. Let’s Go Heat! When I listen I can hear Ethan fine, but everyone else sounds like they are 10 feet away from their microphone. I love the content. Keep up the great job.

I love that there is a podcast dedicated to the Heat year round! But after all the time that you guys have been doing this and the audio still sounds like your recording out of someone’s bathroom. Tighten up

Good pod but I wish Ethan would use the microphone he used to record all the ads for the episodes so I could actually hear what is being said.

I enjoy listening to the pod, they provide good insight and keep it interesting. However, not cool with the digs at a certain point guard they don’t like.

I love this podcast but the audio is sooo quiet. I have to turn up the volume twice as loud as other pods and I can barely hear still. And then the ads almost burst my ear drums. But otherwise, great pod

There are more adds than them talking about the heat now.

They always manage to keep Heat talk relevant and interesting - even during the offseason. I would rate 5 stars if there were more/any female voices.

I absolutely love this show! My die hard heat fan friends and I are always talking about this pod. The only thing I have to say is that this show has way more ads than any other podcast i’ve ever listened to. I still love it though

I used to love listening to This podcast know it’s just crying and complaining about national media attention and delusional biased takes. Also l, the Ethan and Greg’s reporting is super unreliable and when things don’t go as they say the refuse to own up to the bad “sources” they supposedly have.

Ethan, Alex, Greg and Brady have great chemistry.

Such a good basketball podcast loaded with information for all Heat fans. Strongly recommend

My only complaint is they don’t upload more, which is crazy because they upload daily but that’s how good and informative their show is, that I wish I could get multiple shows daily!

5OTF has the best blend of insider insight into what the Heat are doing, on-court analysis, and great topics about the Heat in general. Must listen for Heat fans!!

This podcast is fine if you don’t mind rumors and speculation. My issue with it is that “reports” are said as fact when they are often wrong and they have no reliable sources in the Heat org.

Ethan and the crew are a daily must listen for all Heat fans.

Ethan and his crew provide outstanding analysis and reporting on all things Heat. B-ball fans are lucky to get this kind of coverage on one team, let alone many times a week.

I love listening to this podcast and other shows on the five reasons network. Always insightful and better to listen to then hearing a lot of ESPN Radio. Heat in 5 is my new favorite motto during the playoffs. Another thing sometimes the podcasts audio editing has voices overlapping and it gets kind of confusing on what the topic is, like on today’s episode.

Ethan and company provide fake sources and info to rile up fans on Twitter and make Heat fans appear like they have no idea what they’re talking about to the rest of the nba community. They’re the reason Olynyk is constantly slandered by the Heats own fans. I’d recommend the Heat beat and locked on Heat. The quicker Heat fans ditch these guys the better. They even lied about Jimmy saying that he lost 15lbs due to covid. Bring any of this up and they’ll block you straight away. Ditch these grifters!

I love these guys! The content they provide is unmatched. I’m always trying to decipher what are rumors and what is true and they provide that info. They are clear and easy to understand. If you’re a new heat fan or an OG this is the podcast for you!

Love this show! I’ve been a listener for a couple years now. If I had one criticism of the show it is that Ethan is such a smart guy and great basketball mind, but it’d be nice if he can finish a thought or point he’s trying to make without being interrupted and taken on a tangent by one particular cohost. It’s one pet peeve on an otherwise amazing show.

Hey guys. Love the pod. New theme song audio level is significantly louder than your mic levels. As soon as pod ends, my ears get destroyed when the theme song comes in. Appreciate the fix!

I am a long time listener who had never left a review, but guys... that song at the end blasts out my ears every time it comes on. It’s like 10 volume levels higher than the rest of the pod.
