mariojrGood dialogueBut for some reason it’s disappeared. It’s been 3 months since an episode dropped. It would be nice if it came back.

The Better AccountantSo helpfulThank you for sharing these conversations. Deeply impactful and so important to bring about lasting change. I’m pretty new to anti-racism so it’s been helpful for me to start framing and having the difficult conversations with my family and friends.

AntostlerAdvancing My Understanding of IntersectionalityThis series is fantastic - I’m only half way through, but I really appreciate how every episode is advancing my understanding of intersectionality. Hopefully there will be many more seasons as I’m already afraid of missing the series and I’m only half way done. Great work!

m.i.t.This is Tomi from the Nov. 5th episodeHi all! I had a blast recording the conversation with my friend, Alex. To the team behind the podcast - Rahima, TJ, and the rest of the hardworking team - bravo! Such a great show to listen to as well. I’ve had so many friends reach out and have meaningful conversations about race and racism.

haiharsamAmazingThis is one of the best podcast I’ve heard on social justice work. The format of the podcast is easily digestible for varying levels of educated people. I have shared every episode with my family in hopes to bring awareness and stop racism.

janae_usnerNeededNeeded is just one word for this show. I’m new to podcasts in general, but this show provides life lessons basically, as a white woman, who is aware that racism is a huge problem in this nation, but perhaps not all the history or nuances involved. I’m only on my second episode and my to-be-read stack is growing. This show is needed. Like a shot in the arm to send me on my way with someone’s experiences opening my eyes. Which I need. Thanks for starting this show.

Dancing Panda bearBrandon K. Goodman deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. In just a few episodes I’ve learned so much. I’ve added all his book recommendations to my reading list. I healed my own injured roots from colonization. And all while Brandon encourages to take care of ourselves and come back when we’re ready. I appreciate that the show focuses on the colonization of all cultures. I can’t say enough to express how great this podcast is. Just listen to it already!

loving the infoGreat narrationBrandon has a great podcast story telling voice. This is easy to listen to as well as informative. Not everyone should do podcast. Your story telling voice keeps my interest.
-
WilterbGood podcastThe value of the topics discussed can’t be measured. It’s nice to hear from the people who actually know about them. It would be nice to let the guests talk more instead of host interrupting every second to narrate. Let them talk !

SunnyF23Such a great show! This show has really helped me feel confident in confronting my white husband and white in-Laws. Having meaningful conversation templates to follow and the ability to point to examples on how handle situations has been a huge turning point for me. I also appreciate having the educators and researchers who can speak about the topics as well. I am so glad to have this podcast as another resource.

E ShupeGenie ShupeI hope to learn from this series about how I can try to be part of the change so badly needed around systemic racism and my responsibility as a White person in our country. Looking forward to more episodes. Thank you!
-
Agnes of PortlandRefreshing! As an Asian American and woman of color, I really appreciate this. I remember getting asked by white people to explain what racism is and I was like “Seriously?” I’m a light skinned Asian woman, but I still experience my share of racism. This is a must listen for everyone. Everyone should educate themselves on racism because we’re all affected.
