    Rehearse!
This podcast does give the accurate numbers but the hosts have ZERO charisma and it’s hard to listen to. Between the “you know” and innumerable “uhhhs…”, stammering, and hesitation it sounds super amateur. Think listening to the most esoteric college class being delivered by someone whose never spoken in public. Try rehearsing. Try listening to some great radio shows, podcasts and interviewers and inject some dynamism into this podcast. It could be so much better.

    Too much fluff
Respectfully, you’re economists-not comedians, not commentators, and not really conversationalists or trained as interviewers. Please get to the bottom line and make your point. You spend a tremendous amount of time repeating yourselves and talking about nothing.

    California Love
Love the content. Being a business major and a real estate investor, I can definitely relate to all the topics discussed. Love the show

    Good content terrible audio
In the last episode one of you couldn’t be heard it all. I think it’s a good idea to at least quickly listen to your own podcast to make sure the recording goes as intended

    OK from a Realtors perspective
They give you solid data, but it’s old. When economic numbers come out, we’ve usually already felt the impact by the time they have a podcast covering the topic. They need more input from brokers in the field to get a better understanding of what’s coming Re: buyer sentiment, affordability, international buyers, inventory. When these guys discuss these topics it’s very superficial, and usually a month or so old due to when the stats come out. I’ll keep listening tho!

    Too Fast
The speed is just TOO fast!!! The content decent but a little repetitive. Couldn’t hardly understand due to the speed of the speakers.

    Stop hitting the mic
In the podcast posted in lat August 2017 one of the hosts keeps making background noise that is incredibly annoying. Hitting the mic, touching the mic, all the way through. It's not the most exciting topic, don't make it worse with endless background noise.

    Dry and repetitivr
This podcast is so dry, boring, and offer no insight. Might as well just read me the data and cut short the show.

Mediocre but good due to lack of competition
The conversation between the hosts is stilted and repetitive. But they do provide economic data affecting the CA housing market. Wish they put some thought into it and included more thorough analysis. As it stands now, it's strictly mediocre. But 4 stars because no one else provides economic data about CA
