Geoff is a great interviewer who does a good job of keeping an open mind and interviewing different experts/ health enthusiasts rather than just plugging his company. I don’t eat “Keto” but I’m enjoying learning about health and how to take better care of myself. I love his interviews with Molly Maloof, she’s a little crazy but I feel like everything she says is 100% spot on. As someone who also works in the start up tech world I find the podcast to be very relatable.

Buddhist practitioners—not businessmen or entrepreneurs—updated it for the modern western world. SN Goenka, Joseph Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg...not entrepreneurs. Buddhist dharma practitioners. There’s a difference.

ot2207Great quantitative podcastAs an engineer, I love this podcast for getting past medicalese and taking about how to optimize health using a systems approach. I have learned many hacks from the guests, especially the Fat Doctor. I also learned how to think about how to fix some problems I have been working on for a while using some of the thinking processes the podcasts discuss. Highly recommend.

I WANT A FAMILY DOC LIKE HIM!!!! I also work in the medical billing field and I was so encouraged to here him explain the ridiculousness that drs have to go thru w insurance companies. Kudos to you!! If I ever move to NC, I’m looking him up!!!

Loosh72Has become one of my favorite health-related podcastsI gotta hand it to Geoffrey. He’s really evolved into an awesome interviewer. I listen to a lot of the most popular health/longevity/optimization podcasts and some are certainly great. What I think separates Geoffrey, is his ability to be objective and open-minded during the interview. While he’s clearly got strong beliefs and opinions, he is not dogmatic. That bit of humility allows him to think clearly, challenge the interviewee while keeping an open mind, and lets the audience make their own judgements. It’s hard to put into words, but I often find that other podcasters, while great, still struggle to maintain that bit of humility, which clouds their thinking and leaves their biases just a bit more exposed. Overall, just want to say I really enjoy the podcast. Keep up the great work. - Gal Horovits

Byrd NickMore/better science reviews, please.The reviews of science about health, nutrition, and enhancement is great. Dr. Brianna Stubbs’ content is by far the best. It gets into the details of experimental design, findings, and admits of limitations—it’s superior to most of the interview, product, and company discussions. I hope HVMN can find someone to fill Dr. Stubbs role in the podcast. (I’m on the market; 😉) Some pet-peeves: - Startup lingo. “So how’d your company get into this space?” “...disrupting the market.” Not sure why it bothers me, but it does. - Selection of evidence. Sometimes I get the sense that the podcast celebrates findings that support its business interests and casts skepticism on findings that challenge its business interests. One way to dispel this sense would be to do what Dr. Stubbs does by getting into the weeds of a wide range of evidence, acknowledging limitations, admitting potentially business-undermining implications, and proposing specific studies that would decisively show the good/bad use cases of protocols.

Future Keto DieterTo Be honestI'm very interested in the topics you guys cover. I recently purchased your nootrobox and Hvmn so it kinda led me to explore your podcasts. I came across the " From Keto To Carnivorve" and it kinda has me on the fence about which direction to go to be honest. I liked your rebuttals, subtle and left open for response. Off topic but that is how I know you are a good interviewer, the focus is on the guest and some podcasters have a hard time giving that up. I cant't wait to listen to more ! I'll be leaving reviews on your products in the next couple of months as well.

Ive never hear of it before so i had a hard time understand because of the new information I had to process but overall i really enjoyed the talk and will be tuning in to discover more info you guys have to offer :) 🎉
