MrsEakin526A Voice of WisdomFor the last year I’ve tuned into the Plenty Podcast hungry for the wisdom this precious, powerful and beautiful woman pours out each and every time. Kate’s knowledge and understanding of the nervous system and the value of healing and regulating it has brought about transformation in many areas of my life: my relationship with money, my husband, my children, as well as my relationship with my body. For anyone who isn’t sure of Kate or what she teaches, you are safe here. She’s vulnerable and displays her own growth for all to see. Kate honors and cares for all people in her words and interactions (you can hear it with her guests). (I’m not sure I’ve ever heard her speak low or down about another person.) And her choice of words when speaking of cyclical work is very gentle and feels like a warm hug. (Again, there’s a feeling of safety.) Kate is gifted in connecting with people in this area of humanity unlike anyone I’ve encountered, online and offline. Enjoy the Plenty Podcast and get ready for transformation in your life. Thank you to Kate (as well as Mike and the team!) for your wisdom and willingness to share it with the world.

LucidLiving999Elevating Financial and Emotional SovereigntyI love this podcast because Kate knows how to really elevate women - and therefore, she’s also elevating *all* of US. She’s about the WE - not the ME. The embodiment of balancing both financial stability and spiritual law. Yes, spiritual law! How? She understands deeply that it’s an “inside job” with her own human vulnerabilities and her sincere intention to guide. Are you ready? I give this lady “10 STARS” as she’s pointing directly to what is missing! Our ANS capacity in all areas of our lives!

MarnyCulpepperThe Real DealI’ve been reading and engaging with Kate Northrup’s materials since 2014. She is not only a thought leader but so easy to listen to and relatable. I was a participant in her community origin for over a year and I still go back and get amazing downloads and transmissions from that community. Plenty is a generous and loving offering from a soul who owns her business process and spirituality so beautifully it inspires the rest of us to do the same.

imoerfect1Inspirational & Motivational!I had just signed up for the good with money seminar and was upset that I didn’t get to watch the first day live and I am watching the replay and was told about this podcast. I am so grateful and feel motivated to see it through now. Thank you.

It'sme54321We all need this podcast in our lives !So many nuggets & light bulb moments! Listening to Plenty is like having tea (or fav beverage of choice) with someone who feels like a good friend (Kate Northrup) - and you get introduced to someone new (in episode 91, Patrice Washington) who you likely wouldn’t have had the opportunity to ‘meet’ otherwise and now are all the better for it! I came away with so many nuggets & lightbulb moments while I listened to Financial and Purpose Expansion Post Divorce and Beyond with Patrice Washington (091).

Lulus-momLove this podcastI love this podcast! I listen to all the episodes but especially love the ones that talk about money and the nervous system. I do nervous system work all the time but never made the connection between the stress and sense of lack I feel around money until Kate taught me all about it. It is changing my life! I find myself looking forward to listening to new episodes when they drop. 💙

April FiliczkowskiIt’s all about the body!I love how this podcast and the money advice given focuses on the body and the nervous system. I don’t believe we can think our way out of life’s greatest challenges. We need the regulation and capacity to create lasting change for ourselves.

KimberleyW#LOVE the Plenty PodcastKate’s Plenty podcast is a rare gem - equal parts grounding and expansive. She brings such a beautiful presence to each episode, creating a space that feels both deeply thoughtful and warmly inviting. Christy559She Hit A Nerve, But In a Good WayFor as long as I can remember safety has been an important value, but out of fear. That fear has driven my money choices in the wrong direction. But when Kate talks about creating safety in the nervous system, doing the inner work be good with money. She hit my safety nerve and I’m here for healing it with her guidance.

Katie TitiA breath of fresh airKate Northrup’s podcast is a breath of fresh air in a world that often feels overwhelming and overly prescriptive. What I appreciate most is how deeply informative and inspiring each episode is—Kate offers a rare and powerful blend of practical wisdom and spiritual grounding. She speaks with genuine vulnerability and honesty, making complex topics feel both accessible and relevant, all without an ounce of shame or overwhelm. Her approach is nervous system-aware, trauma-informed, and systemically conscious, creating a space that feels not only safe but truly empowering. Whether she’s sharing personal experiences, diving into conversations about money and time, or interviewing thoughtful guests, there's always a clear and compassionate intention to support sustainable, soul-aligned living and financial well-being. This podcast has become a meaningful source of comfort, clarity, and motivation for me. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking grounded financial growth through a spiritually connected, scientifically informed, and nervous-system-integrated lens. Kate’s work flows from the beautiful intersection of heart, healing, and brain-based strategy.

EMoney$$$$$$$$$$Grounded and True TransformationKate Northrup’s Plenty Podcast has been a game-changer for me. It’s helped shift not only my mindset around money but also how I feel about it in my body — with more calm, openness, and trust. One episode that really stuck with me was “Your Nervous System Money,” which beautifully connected the dots between finances and how we regulate internally. Kate’s mix of practical insight and deep, soulful reflection makes this podcast feel like a warm, wise conversation that leaves you feeling more grounded and empowered. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to heal and expand their relationship with money.

MidwestveganLike chatting with a bestieI have been a big fan of Kate’s work for many years and this podcast too is nothing short of magical! Every episode is full of pearls of wisdom and she shares so much honest experience from her own life that makes it all relatable. She has taught me so much that so many others don’t even scratch the surface of and she goes there with humor and such down to earth truth and reality… I just can’t get enough. DeveneGDifferent from other finance focused podcastsThis podcast is a like a hybrid of financial planning and common sense manifestation advice. Following the advice makes me feel empowered, where when listening to other show I have felt judged and frustrated.
-
ShAaCcHhAaLoved thisI tuned in to Good with Money and then listened to my first Plenty episode. ❤️ I need this! What resonated the most was the connection between ambivalence around our power and ambivalence around money. 🤯 Also Secondary Gain and staying in victimization mode. I needed this training a long time ago so I’m stoked to have access to it now!
-

Kendall1133Love for PlentyKate Northrup has been my guiding light Wayshower for grounding a reality of financial peace. I love how she shares such practical and research-based information in a way that can be received. Her focus on nervous system regulation is the game-changer for me. Especially as a woman who always thought money stuff was “someone else’s job” or “beyond me”, it has made all the difference in my life to team up with Kate.

-
JG AKA whole new perspective on moneyKate’s calm perspective on money has completely shifted how I view my numbers. My bookkeeper said if I didn’t think I’d earn as much in 2025 as last year I could pay less on my quarterly estimates. The old me constricted and thought, “I should probably pay less,” but after listening to just a few episodes of Plenty, I had ease paying the full estimate. I definitely have a long way to go healing my nervous system when it comes to money, but wow, what a revelation. Thank you, Kate!
-
