LarmenelLove the content BUT…Love the content. Really hoping the bright line eating part 1 gets reuploaded as it’s currently not working. There are tons of anti diet programs but this one resonates with me and I like the delivery. Could use a better mic / sound quality but not a deal breaker. Knocked off one star because the intros are nearly 5 mins long. I get that the host has a program that she wants to promote, but for frequent listeners such a long identical intro is tiring. And even for new listeners it’s a turn off.

ThuppleTruncated Bright Line Part 1Great podcast, love the passion. Please fix Bright Line Part 1. It’s only 1 min long so I’m guessing there was a technical glitch with the upload.

kglo84Healing Anti-Diet PodLove this podcast. It synthesizes the insanity of diet culture. After struggles with bulimia and residual disordered eating, I thought I was the problem. Fired Up is a succinct, sassy, and still entertaining podcast. Thank you!! Come back with new episodes! We need you. 💜

Penny94040Highly recommendI love how unapologetic Louise and her guests are in taking down diet culture and calling out the systems of oppression that keep people stuck in the thin ideal

kalisiousThank you.Love the passion! Love that she digs into the research, but doesn't overwhelm with details. Keep putting that BS on blast, Louise! The eps on OA, Toxic Gym Culture & Eating Disorders are so far my fans & I've recommended other professionals take a listen!

FuzzyWorldConcerning lack of research!I had hoped to find a thought leader, but unfortunately the author seems to be caught up in an individual rampage on diet that takes her reasoning far beyond research and facts and makes it sound like nothing more than a personal crusade. Slightly disappointing.

KiwiWithUmbrellaBrilliant, enlightened and fiercely spot-on!As a listener, researcher and clinician-in-training, I have to say this podcast is a gem. A must for everyone breaking free of diet culture!

EarthgrrlGreat podcast for eating disorder recovery! It’s not easy to recover from an eating disorder in our eating disordered and fat phobic culture. This podcast is a great way to help one stay aware of the forces that want to pull us back into the unhealthy ways of thinking regarding our bodies and food.

All podcastsWake up weight watchersLouise is a great host. Her intro just cracks me up. She takes a serious topic and has fun with it. Great discussion about how Weight Watchers is trying to hook young kids and making them members for life.
