Please do an episode about the impact of the Neo-Soul movement of the Early 2000s and how Jazzy Jeff’s A Touch of Jazz crew was such an integral part of its growth and popularity.

    Nice.. but
Good podcast but host sounds like he’s reading from type or a print out at times.. just doesn’t flow naturally. Especially the opening of the Run-DMC episode.

    OMG! Reminiscing on yester-years
This is one of my new top five podcasts! I love how you bring everything full circle, the history of hip-hop as well as it has evolved with each artist. The first episode gave me the feeling of nostalgia, I wanted to break out my cassette tape (if I still had one) and record it like back in the day. THANKS FOR SCHOOLING THE NEW GENERATION 👍🏽👍🏽 Great job Colby🔥🔥🔥

    Thank you Colby Colb
Thanks for bringing me back to Philly in the 90’s. As a young girl from Jersey Lady B’s raspy voice was music to my ears. She inspired me to pursue an Internship at Power 99 in 90-91 while attending Temple University and my love for Hip-Hop grew with each new artist. “I can’t live without my radio”,~ LL Cool J

    It’s About Time...
For years I have been waiting for Colby to open the Radio Active Vault on these amazing and insightful interviews. Colby is an industry veteran with first hand knowledge of the music and the artists. He was living the culture at a time before it was “curated”. I can’t wait for class to be in session.
