I also resonate with her because I’m a recovering addict and I felt I couldn’t get back to who was before addiction and Kimberly has shown me I can and be better than I was through dedication and consistency and a drive to not quit. I follow The Goal Digger Girl Kimberly Olson on all platforms & take her coaching courses. This podcast just adds more knowledge & value in learning & growing a business online. She truly wants to help women & I love how real she is. I really learn something on every episode. My faves are the affirmations! I like to listen in my car & repeat them. Her podcasts add so much information & with all of the business coaches out there, she truly is the real deal & cares.

This podcast was so eye-opening for me, especially having just hired new team members that need assistance in their daily tasks. At the start up of any business it can be difficult to determine what needs the most focus on what days and it is far too easy to get lost in the ”where do I start” mentality. The 3 non-negotiable tasks sound so simple now but I had never thought of it in that light before and now I have a great starting place for myself and my team members. This DMO can be customized depending on the person and what they’re working on but at least I know every day everyone will have a place to start, without me having to send a voice note or make a phone call to talk about it. This is a great way for me to be a more hands-off boss but still keeping everyone (including myself) organized and on track towards our goals.

Kimberly keeps it fresh and let’s people know what is working now so they can “Get Lit” in their business. Honor to be a guest on your amazing show. You inspire me to go out their and crush it daily.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much you have changed my life. I just started your podcast I’m only on episode 18 but I cannot wait to continue to listen I love them because they’re 10 to 12 minutes long and that’s my commute to work. So I listen to you in the morning and then I listen to you coming home and it puts me in a really good mindset to start my day and then gets me in a space where I can work at night to grow my business. I am a full-time nurse and I am a new entrepreneur so I’m super busy but you have me growing as a person. You put things in perspective and basically you know back to the basics and it helps me not overthink and just continue to move forward. I struggle with recruiting and I have to get past that and I know that and I am ready to take on the challenge and start to see myself a little bit more in a positive light versus focusing on negativity.
