Grumpy at Lunchtime.Great Show!Love this show and the reverence given to these films. Robert is a hard core fan. Inthia, while obviously very knowledgeable of film hasn’t necessarily seen lots of horror films. It’s a fun dynamic to have the lesser fan take us through the movie’s summary and then the expert talk about the making of when they finish the story. Through context clues I eventually realized the hosts are husband and wife.

QCA_Mista_JAwesome show and amazing people! Not only does the show have the brilliant premise; talking all things monster movies including the classic Universal Monster movies, but the hosts Robert and Inthia themselves are amazing, funny, wonderful people who speak with knowledge, passion for the art and speak the amazing language of nerd. ♥️

Littleb3Love these guys!I binged all the episodes thus far and can't wait for more. I love Robert's genuine enthusiasm for old monster films and his encyclopedic knowledge of the subject matter. Inthia's summaries of the films are so succinct and articulate. The chemistry between Robert and Inthia is just adorable and fun to listen to. I like listening to movies I have seen and enjoy episodes on movies I have never watched before just as much.

JoelsephirynSo far, so great...!I love the chemistry these two have. It’s awesome to hear my favorite movies talked about in detail, and they’re not afraid to poke fun at stuff even when they love it. That’s the best. Would love to hear you do Psycho, Bride Of Frankenstein, and the original House on Haunted Hill.

violentjkdInformative & EntertainingI got switched on to this show by a friend of mine and can’t get enough of it since. The hosts (who I believe are married IRL) have great chemistry and the information provided in each episode is utterly fascinating. Great production value, too. Highly recommended.

Cs630More than just a recap...Pods and Monsters is consistently entertaining and informative. Beyond the detailed scene-by-scene commentary, the cohosts bring their unique perspectives, comparisons, and historical interpretations to breathe new life into these classic stories. Pods and Monsters gives listeners new reasons to watch or rewatch these seminal films from the horror genre. I check the future episodes list once a month and get excited about what’s “creeping up” next!
