Mily<3Happy Ghostiversary!I just realized it’s been officially one full year of being a proud Ghostie, so I figured it was time to leave a review—and hopefully make Jake, Brad, and Timon smile the way they’ve made me smile during some really hard times. Last Mother's Day—my 10th without my mom—my husband and I lost our home and one of our sweet dogs in a devastating house fire. Since then, I’ve been dealing with severe depression and PTSD, and overall just a shell of myself. Then, this past fall, after catching up on Correct Opinions, I decided to give Ghostrunners a shot—and it quickly became my go-to podcast. I'm not super religious, definitely not sheltered, but somehow your wholesome stories, talks of faith, and heartwarming friendship have become exactly the bright spot I needed in some really dark days. Thank you for helping me laugh again, for bringing joy back into my week, and for reminding me that the world—despite everything—still has light, love, and a whole lot of inside jokes to be had. Here’s to one year down, and many more to go as a proud Ghostie!

Eddy Ray Green Jr.So wholesomeI noticed that I can’t stop smiling when hearing these two talk to each other. You can hear (and if you’re watching, you can see) how much fun they are having just talking. We need more of this stuff in the world.

Angie HashmanThis podcast makes my job bearable!I started listening to podcasts when I started my job as an accountant about a year and a half ago. (Before that I was a teacher and had no time for podcasts) I started with true crime podcasts and, though interesting, my days seemed dark and depressing. I tried a couple Christian comedy podcasts but couldn’t quite get into them so I moved on to sports podcasts. Soon a friend suggested Ghostrunners and I’m forever grateful! I’ve been listening for close to a year now and I look forward to each new episode! I went from a very high energy job to a very LOW energy job and listening to Ghostrunners keeps me going on the long days. I love that it combines so many of my interests like comedy, sports, travel, and the everyday adventures of living a Godly life. Thank you for making my days fly by and keeping me laughing while I spend my days doing something I never thought I’d have to do after school…MATH!

Annie.9My favorite podcast! 10/10My sister introduced this podcast to me almost three years ago, and I would definitely recommend. I love the relatable content with lots of laughs. It feels like Brad, Jake, and Timon are people you actually know irl. I always cannot wait for the next episode to come out. Ghostrunners is my favorite podcast, I love it. Thank you guys so much! (Also, sorry about the tariffs Jake)

2000RaeEating Dinner in a Buc-ee’s Parking Lot with Brad, Jake, and TimonLet me tell you something about Ghostrunners… this is no mere podcast. It’s more like a long distance friendship with three of the most hilarious, intentional, Godly men you will ever meet! Nothing exemplifies this fact more than a moment I experienced recently. I was driving back home after a great visit with my parents, who live five hours away. My heart felt so heavy leaving them, and one or two tears were definitely shed as I drove. I pulled into a Buc-ee’s to eat my cold lunch box dinner, sitting in my car wishing I was having dinner with my family instead. Then, before I could even think twice, I said out loud, “I know, I’ll eat with Brad, Jake, and Timon!” I ate the rest of my dinner with a smile on my face as I listened to Brad and Jake riff about their week, and just like that all the homesick sadness that had been weighing on my chest seemed to be lifted away. This podcast is truly one of the main highlights of my week, as I know it is for so many other Ghosties out there as well! I don’t think anyone could make everyday stories and experiences more extraordinarily funny or relatable than Brad and Jake, and it’s been so cool to see Timon grow into his own unique (and hysterical!) voice on the pod as well! Thank you guys so much for bringing so much joy, wisdom, and laughter to the world. You are using the gifts the Lord has given you in such an impactful way, and I will be forever proud to call myself a Ghostie! Here’s to many more years of unhinged ad reads, half-baked segments, and Broadway caliber jingles! Love you guys! ~Hannah

Chuck_T_49I like tablesBrad makes pretty cool tables I wish Jake and Timon knew how to make tables and not just videos of pickleball games.

Jasmine.TWAbout IsaacIs Isaac single? I genuinely need to know. I first heard about Isaac when he was mentioned very rarely on Correct Opinions podcast. Then last summer I started watching Ghostrunners after it was recommended to me after a correct opinions podcast. I decided to watch from the beginning of the ones posted on youtube but recently started keeping up with the new ones as well. Isaac occasionally appears in the podcast but I didnt think much of him when I first saw him. I dont know why but recently I have been drawn to him for some reason. When I got to the episode where Jake says Isaac was dating Rachel’s roommate, Rachel, my heart dropped and that doesnt happen often. I was mad at myself for no reason until I realized that I realized I liked Isaac. I did stalk his instagram but didnt see a sign of a girl, but he doesnt post much. Is he single? If so I would like to fill out an application to date him. If he’s not please tell me so I can get off my mind. I'm too scared to DM him but I dont know why i feel writing a review is any better. I guess I feel like I need approval from Jake and Brad first. My application: I grew up in Arkansas and now I'm 22, about to graduate college in St. Louis with an interior design degree. I will be getting my master's in architecture starting this fall at K State or KU and hopefully will make one of the cheer teams. I guess I should mention I'm black, not sure if he's into that. I'm pretty shy at first but I need someone outgoing in my life. I'm just a girl who loves Jesus but overthinks everything and needs to take more risks. …Anyways love the pod!! I watch 2 to three episodes a day. I highly recommend watching from the beginning so that you can understand all the inside jokes. I always find myself trying not laugh when im in public, especially when Brad starts yelling it make the pod 10x more fun. Hot Dog!!

Bence76The Friends You Didn’t Know You NeededOk this may take a minute but I’ve got a lot to say about this podcast. First I’m a bi-vocational pastor, and I travel for my job as a project leader for an east coast grocery chain. I can be on the road for 3 to 5 hours a day depending on where I’m going. I strive to mix it up with some devotional material, bible studies, current events and sometimes to unplug and just laugh. I came across this podcast maybe about a year ago and they are my go to for what feels like hanging out with friends. Sometimes with a full plate I don’t get too many opportunities to just be, I’m either the project lead, pastor, father, student and husband. I can jump into The Ghostrunners podcast and feel like I’m there with them cutting up and just being random. I do get passionate about some of the movie reviews and shows that are discussed as I’m a bit of a tv/movie enthusiast. I really enjoyed the inclusion of Scott last week and I’m still dying about the “Silverback” comment it was so stupid accurate. And Christopher Walken pitching your pickle ball paddles would be genius! Sometimes I wish the episodes were shorter just because if I’m on an hour trip I may not come back to finish it for a few days, but I find value in their length as well, this show gives me things I can share with my wife and we can laugh together. It kind of breaks up the things that can consume my day like work and preparing for church services and offers me some different engagements. It reminds me of my younger days where me and my friends would get together and just laugh and carry on about a myriad of subjects. I love that it’s family friendly, I listen to it at times when my two youngest teenagers are with me. The episode where “Good boy” came up has pretty well created a household joke between the three of us. My kids started homeschooling 2 years ago so they perk up when they hear some of the comments along the way, it’s nice having a younger voice on there with Timon as well. I can’t say enough about it, truly do enjoy the atmosphere and engagement. This show offers me something different and is a true blessing to have in my follow list.

devin_nelson_fMy Go-To ListenGreetings from Washington! This podcast is amazing! I started listening to you all back on December 23rd of last year. I was having a really rough day because I had discovered a dead rat in the dryer vent of my old rental. I started with that Monday’s episode and then jumped back to listen to the Glossary episode and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’m also very thankful for your Christmas episode and encouraging those who were listening on Christmas because last year was the first time in a couple years that I didn’t have Christmas with my family back in Kentucky. It’s great to have a podcast where the hosts are absolutely hilarious and also willing to talk openly about their walks with Jesus. Brad, Jake, and Timon, thanks for all you do!
-
lukerice98Listening to old episodesSo, I’m going back through and listening to old episodes of the pod lately, and I’m on about episode 15, and Jake just said he hates running, which is funny because last year you ran a mile every day. Then, in this same convo Jake and Brad are having, Jake says “I think I’m going to try pickle ball” which is just so funny knowing now how big a deal Friday is and how that’s like your job now! Anyways love the pod and it’s really fun to go back and listen to the old episodes and see how different your lives are now.

MichelleHuntley"Who would listen to them talk for an hour and half?""It's kind of unbelievable how positive of an impact the Ghostrunners podcast has had on my life." I texted my husband those exact words as I wrapped up another amazing episode and he said, "Guess you need to write a review" so here I am! My husband and I found the Ghostrunners podcast through Jean Shorts Comedy. When we first found Ghostrunners we used to say, "Who would listen to them talk for an hour and half each week?" Now I wish the episodes were longer! Ghostrunners came into my life right when I needed it. Last spring, my husband got laid off and we were first time parents with a two month old. After we put our daughter to bed, we'd watch some of the pod together on YouTube and share some laughs after many hard days of job searching and parenting. What started as a comfort podcast during a hard season has turned into a go-to and must listen, in all seasons. My husband listens to new episodes on his way to work and is always finishing episodes before me. We can't even wait until the evening to listen together anymore! I used to only download podcasts that were "productive" where I felt like I could learn something about health, business, etc. With Ghostrunners, I learn something new every single episode, (especially with the recent trivia addition) but it's actually fun and enjoyable to listen to! Once you listen to "America's best clean comedy podcast", you can never go back; you'll be a ghostie for life. The stories, banter, jokes, jingles, and segments are absolutely hilarious. Hosts Brad Ellis and Jake Triplett display something that is increasingly rare in our society - having a foundation of the same faith and values, but being okay with and even celebrating their differences. And I can't forget producer Timon, who rounds out the group perfectly and keeps us millennials educated about Gen Z culture (as well as all things theater and movies), so I'm not completely out of touch. I cannot say enough good things about the Ghostrunners podcast. Thank you for bringing joy into my life every week, for stewarding the gifts God has given you all so well, and for inspiring me and countless others to do the same.

Harrison DallmanSnot in my guacAs of this March I have officially been listening to the Ghostrunners Podcast for three years, and what better way to celebrate than by snotting in my guac. Over the years I have always appreciated the clean, Christian, fun that this podcast provides just like the other content you all are apart of. (I also love Correct Opinions, about a year and a half ago I had 2 fan videos on there as “Helmet Guy”) Though all the other videos are funny, this podcast has done the best job at providing a calm environment and listening truly makes me feel at home no matter where I am or how stressed I am. But today my friends were talking about something. We were talking about the movies that made us laugh the hardest, and I couldn’t think of anything that really made me laugh out loud. But last night I sat down to give the Wednesday episode a watch while enjoying chips and homemade guacamole. As a basketball fan I was thoroughly enjoying the reenactment of Jake and Brad trying to draw a foul, and then the story about Brad and Henry by the urinal got me real good. I kid you not, the thought of the guy sitting in the stall hearing a grown man yell almost made me cry laughing, and let’s just say the guac was no longer appetizing when it was all said and done. It’s hard to believe I started listening as a freshman in high school and now I’m going to graduate in a couple months, and though I’m not old enough to go on a ghostie getaway yet, I definitely hope to do one in the future! In my three years as a listener, I’ve always wanted to write a review but never actually got around to doing it, so I guess this milestone is a pretty good time to you guys your well deserved 5 stars. Plus the snotted guac is a fun layer too.

IanhedgesBackseat Boys 4 LifeThis podcast is the first thing I wake up to every Monday and Wednesday, and it has me rolling with laughter (which is the only way I can make myself roll out of bed). Their witty whimsy is really warm and welcome wisdom for when and where to learn, laugh, and let ‘em watch. Jake is an energetic and entrepreneurial enigma. His experience and endless enthusiasm is efficaciously inspiring each and every individual. Brad’s methodical mind and masterful manner makes monkeys out of modern men, and he is the illustrious image of the fruit of faithful fatherhood. But Timon, you marvelous meerkat, you. You, good sir, need heed me best. I am indubitably impressed by the benefit of the Backseat Boys’ banter. And I would be remarkably remiss if I refrained from a recommendation for a real and reliable source of you and your friends’ boyish good humor… basically what I’m saying is i’d love to see a for real Backseat Boys Podcast. I appreciate these guys, and I’m deeply impressed with the skill it must have taken to read this. Thing-you.

marisakaypaceThe best best bestFor those of you who are new to the pod, this might sound like a little much. For those who have been long time ghosties, this should be spot on. I’ve been listening since the very beginning. This year my husband and I are in the thick of moving to a new state, new house, new baby, new job, and trying to make new friends. Sunday night was a tough night with our newborn. As I’m trying to soothe our sad baby in the wee hours of the night, trying not to wake the hubs or the toddler, the LITERAL only thing keeping my spirits up is thinking about how I get to pop in my headphones Monday morning and listen to this podcast. Sure enough, Monday morning I’m crying within 2 min. Honestly nothing sentimental or funny (yet) just happy and thankful tears loving these guys and how they lift me up. Even if I don’t have a ton of friends here yet, it legitimately feels like I’m hanging with my besties when I tune in Mondays and Wednesdays. Thanks guys, love it all.

Hunter_WallsPrevents Raging During Video GamesI started listening to this podcast this past October. I would listen to it while I played the College Football video game. Before I started listening to the podcast while playing, I would get irritated very easy. But since listening to the guys, I am much more chill. Listening to the guys is like hanging out with friends. Keep up the great work. Just a suggestion, include a moment or two of positive affirmations to ensure everyone is remaining calm and not getting too upset lol.

EmilyB627Productivity PodcastAs a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos who has ADHD I am always on the struggle bus trying to get housework done without getting off-track and doing something completely unrelated to my original goals. So much of my day to day work is very mindless so my brain is desperate to find something, anything more stimulating to do. I end up procrastinating the boring tasks all week long and by Sunday no one has any clean underwear or a clean spoon to use. 😳 oops! Enter, GHOSTRUNNERS. When I listen to the pod while I’m doing dishes, folding and putting away laundry and cleaning the house, I am SO productive. I get every task done because I’m so entertained that I don’t stop moving the entire time. And I don’t even realize I’m working because I’m having fun doing it! So my new rule for myself is that I can’t listen to the pod unless I’m doing necessary housework. Today instead of taking a nap I decided to do all the dishes and laundry so I would be able to listen to an episode. 😂 Am I crazy? Yes! But Is it working? Also, yes! So from the husband and children of an easily-bored, top-notch procrastinator stay-at-home mom who struggles with productivity: THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE 😄

Rachel BullisLife-givingMany have said it by now, but this is such a comfort podcast. My ten year old son, who is suddenly becoming “too cool” for most things, will slyly ask to listen to Brad, Jake and Timon on car rides. Seeing him break a smile and laugh along with the guys brings joy to my heart. When the Sunday Scaries start to creep in, I know I have a new ep to look forward to in the morning. Ghostrunners brings levity to my days and I feel blessed to have found it. Thanks guys! With love and thanks from Washington state.

Kaylie StoltzfusAn epistle from the Invisible GirlWhy do I call myself a Ghostie if I have yet to post or comment on the Facebook page, or really contribute in any way? It’s the question of the hour. All I know is it’s an honor to listen and if you try to take that title from me, I will fight you with frozen salmon. I found you guys a year and a half ago from the walkinlove podcast (also a complete joy of a pod), but somehow it feels like I’ve been listening for years. I’m a young mom of three and your content is always so life-giving and never fails to make me laugh as I clean up the supper dishes after a full, overstimulating day. Brad, I love hearing your love and dedication for your young family. My husband Chad and I (35 and 29) have two daughters (5 and 3) and one son (1), and I would personally would like to host a Memory Throw Down between Hattie and my oldest daughter, Ansley. It sounds like they are two peas in a pod, so when you and your family are in the NY Finger Lakes area please come on over. We’ll show you all the local sites and I’ll introduce Kathryn to all my crunchy friends— she’ll love it. Win win win. (Bummers fact: My husband went to week two of Dads on Maui and missed meeting you by one day. Shucks.) Jake, you and Rachel sound like an absolute delight to host for a game night, so consider yourselves invited to the Memory Throw Down as well. I’ll be sure to serve a plethora of chicken options since Dr. Ron couldn’t get his act together. Shame on him. And while you’re here, maybe you can briefly go over how Pickleball scoring works because how on earth, people?? 😑 There’s gotta be a better way. Timon, you dark horse. You, sir, are gold. What started off as me “wishing the little boy in the background would stop piping up,” quickly turned into the beloved younger brother that we all long for. Please come eat chicken with us at the Memory Throw Down and we’ll have a night of singing around the campfire. My husband and I were both raised in, and continue to be, conservative Mennonite, so we’re big singers and we often have singing nights with our little kids. It’d be an honor to have you join! Also, please never stop piping up. Thank you again for the joy and authenticity the three of you bring to the world. It would be an honor to be real-life friends with you three and your families, but if that doesn’t happen, I’ll be sure to swing by your mansions in heaven and chat a while. Three cheers to building His Kingdom! 🙌🏼

joy_sierraLent me your ear…I love Ghostrunners so much I have to give it up for Lent. See you after Easter, boys. But really, I could be fasting ice cream!? Coffee!? Meat!? TV!? Well, goes to show Ghostrunners must be better than all of those things.

Emerson SchutJust a good podI don’t know anybody that hasn’t liked this pod when I showed it to them

aioforlifeStory timeA few months ago me, my sister and couple of my friends went to Chick-fil-A in Springfield, when we were pulling out of the parking lot we saw a Tesla pulling in. I turned to my sister and said “THAT LOOKS LIKE JAKE” I was so confident that it was him because the hair and the smile was the same. We ended up turning around and pulling back in. We saw the guy getting out of the car with two kids, and I said “THAT LOOKS LIKE HATTIE AND BO”. Turns out it wasn’t Jake it was just a random dad with his kids. needless to say we were disappointed, but hopefully we coincidentally run into him at Chick-fil-A someday. Love the pod, keep up the good work!

BigCCatholicSafe for Work, Less Safe for Driving!!If you’re anything like me, you will sometimes laugh so hard you have to close your eyes a little. Clean, best buds style humor and amazing ad reads. Timon’s cool too. Be safe out there Ghosties.

TC4AUWar EagleRelatively new listener and Auburn alum here.. we have a saying about Bama and their bandwagon fans: “I wear my Auburn shirt because I went to Auburn. You wear your Alabama shirt because you went to Walmart.” Love the show and welcome to the Deep South, Jake’s sister and brother-in-law!
-
CrAzY Catholic TravlerGood Clean FunI got to know Jake through Correct Opinions and then became a Ghostie. It’s such a fun clean podcast and I love their humor and chemistry. I’m going back to listen to all the episodes and love how much Brad loves his wife. These are some great guys and would highly recommend this podcast.
-
Kyle RohrsPodcast ReplacementI was introduced to Ghostrunners after seeing Jake open for Trey Kennedy in Cincinnati. My wife, then fiancé, and I were leaving the venue and saw Jake outside. At the time we only knew Jake and Brad from Jean Shorts. We stayed around to meet and talk with Jake. While in line someone asked us if we were Ghosties and at the time had no idea what they were talking about. She mentioned that Jake and Brad had a podcast, so we checked it out. The timing couldn’t have been better as the podcast I was regularly listening to concluded right around that same time. Fast forward almost 1 1/2 years later and I haven’t missed an episode since. I’ve loved connecting with other Ghosties in the FB group, and even joined a Dynasty Fantasy Football league with some of them (S/O to Hit It Long Time For Big Daddy). This podcast makes my Monday’s and Wednesday’s more enjoyable as you never know what the boys will talk about on the pod. Jake, Brad, and Timon keep doing what you’re doing as you use your unique platform for Christ’s kingdom.

Keaton PharmDNew GhostieI'm still a somewhat new listener to the Ghost Runners podcast, however as someone who grew up in Springfield and moved to Kansas City about 9 years ago, I really appreciate and relate to what these guys are doing. My wife and I had our first son about a year ago, we became a homeowner not long before that, and so I enjoy hearing how I they have tackled similar situations and especially how intentional of a dad Brad is. I'm encouraged by their boldness in their faith and how that impacts their day-to-day and the relationships they have formed through that. Ghost runners podcast has make working out and my commute that much more enjoyable, and I'm excited for my son to get a bit older so that he can appreciate it as well!
-
11stepaThe only podcast I would ever reviewI've been listening to ghost runners for a couple years now, finally decided it's time for a review. The way Jake and Brad involve you in their life is awesome, you feel like one of their closest friends, on a first name basis with all of their friends and family. The biggest lesson from this podcast for me is FAMILY. Both Jake and Brad show an immense love for their families. As a parent of three, I KNOW it's not always sunshine, but the way Brad speaks of his home with positivity, always finds wins in even the little minuscule traditions and moments inspires me to do the same with my family. I love hearing Jake's stories of Rachel, and their life they are building together, you can hear the appreciation and love for his wife every time he talks about her. Thank you for your dedication to the pod.. and can't forget Timon. (I want to homeschool because of you, an especially goooood boy.)
-
Belieber for Life!!!!Mindless in the best wayI usually listen to podcasts to learn something - faith, nutrition, advice and wellness, etc. but sometimes your brain is thinking about too much all the time. It’s easy to veg out with tv or especially social media, but it’s pretty mind numbing and can get boring and feel unrewarding. Ghostrunners is the type of podcast you can listen to and not worry about zoning out. It’s mindless in the best way! You might learn something, but it’s really there for you to laugh and chill out. It’s not hard to follow along with, and I love that it’s clean and they never shy away from saying they go to church!
-
Casey Olson10GET SHREDDED!You gotta get with the mind pump guys they will set you on great path to get strong and shredded! Look em up you like this podcast!
-
Allie.Jb100/10 RecommendLove this podcast! I have been listening to it for a couple months now and I can tell Jake and Brad really care about their listeners and wanting to connect with them. It’s so encouraging to hear these guys bringing light to their communities and using their podcast for good. Thanks guys!
-
M&m1!!!!!!400 episodes in finally time for a reviewThese guys never disappoint, I’ve listened to all the episodes, through the end of college- getting married- our first born- our second- and hopefully baby #3 will also be born on a Monday! I stuck around because they made me laugh. After a few years I’m still laughing but it’s turned into loving their friendship and character- looking up to Brad as a father and Jake as an entrepreneur (we won’t mentioned bondi). Thanks for the weekly laughs and friendship guys!
-
Madi.burdMy new breast friendsHey TB&J! I’m a relatively new ghostie and an even newer mom to my 3 week old daughter Shiloh (gooood girrrl Shiloh). Y’all have become my new breast friends as I’m constantly listening to y’all while breastfeeding at 3am, pumping at 4am, and changing diapers at 5am. Newborn life is hard but your sense of humor and commentary on life have made this season of life better. I give this podcast a realistic rating of 10 out of 10! Keep it up! 📢Pew pew pew pew 📢

Chick fil a lover #best podBest podcast ever!!Hey Jake and Brad!! Love this podcast!! Definitely the best one out there!! As far as Christian character and good comedy go, I would most definitely recommend this podcast to all my friends and family. I’m starting from episode one and going through all of them. I’m on number 99. Hope this brings y’all back to the older episodes and good memories. Now here’s my real reason for leaving a five star review. My question is, what are any podcast tips, tricks or recommendations because myself and my friend are trying to start a podcast (I’m thirteen). Also, one more question, if y’all could, send me a jingle for my pod and i will play it every episode. If you need some context for the jingle, my name is Judson and the podcast i’m trying to start is about leisure stuff, really anything, kinda like y’all’s pod. Anyway, love the podcast sorry this has no inside jokes in it but thought I’d ask your advice on starting a podcast since obviously y’all have been very very very very successful.

JulieMizzTwinning with BradLong time listener, first time reviewer. Big fan of the pod and recently Brad mentioned two experiences that I have been experiencing too! First, I also read in the sauna and my book keeps falling apart! Luckily it’s always the pages I’ve already turned and read. But no need for a book mark because my current page is the first one when I open the book. And second- I too have cut back drastically on my social media use and love doing the New York Times games app during breakfast now. So basically Brad and I are twins except I’m a single woman with no kids but those are just small details haha. Thanks for all the laughs and keeping me company on my long drives. I’ll end with this- Brad so proud of your health journey - physical and mental. So I’m giving you a Brad like “Good Boyyy.”
-
vmbpassBest podcastI’ve been listening to this podcast for 2 years and am finally all caught up. I couldn’t believe whenever I heard other listeners say they’ve listened to each episode multiple times, but now I’m out of new episodes so I’m starting back at the beginning! It’s so fun to see how the podcast has evolved and how Brad and Jake’s lives have changed. Thanks for all the laughs and for making my time in the car so enjoyable!
-
DaniParkhurstThis Is Technically My Third ReviewI wrote a really nice review a while back that was read on the podcast. As I continued to listen, I wanted to leave ANOTHER 5 star review that was a little more quirky. Thinking that there was some glitch (Spotify user here) I ERASED my original review to write what I now think was a DUMB, not quirky review. So here I am, a third time, re-writing this. Jake and Brad (and Timon) have done an AMAZING thing with this podcast. They’ve created such a special community with Ghostrunners. They are hilarious, family friendly, godly men who keep me ON MY FEET! I feel like I’m listening to my friends catch me up on their lives every week! Look no further for a clean, Christian, comedy podcast!
-
Jonathan Lee1There’s no way you’ll regret listeningBeen listening to this podcast for over two years now and Jake Brad and Timon have found a way to consistently bring entertainment and comedy in an awesome way in every episode, totally a 5 star podcast and looking forward to all that’s gonna come this new year!

Becka-GeckoWanted to write this before the 2028 ElectionBEST POD EVER!!! Just started the Best moments of 2024 and can I just say I was already laughing in the first 30 seconds!! I Love listening to y’all (Jake, Brad, and Timon)! Seriously, I listen to this pod every Monday and Wednesday while I’m at work, my co-workers look at me like I’m a mad woman laughing at the voices in my ears. Thanks for always brightening my day!!!!🫡😁🥹🇺🇸

Justin Holt 42Firefighting GhostiesThis podcast is so fun. They once had a segment where they talked about the craziest places that ghosties might have listened to the pod. I figured I would throw mine out there. I was a firefighter for a few years and would always listen to the pod at work. Like while working out or in my bunk room at night. And whenever we would get a call (911 call we had to respond to) I would just keep the pod going on my way there. So there I was sitting in the back of a fire engine with the lights and sirens going off flying through intersections on our way to someone’s emergency and in my ear I would be off in ghostie land… listening to Brad and Jake talk about some nonsense. I think it was a form of therapy for me. Helped me keep myself grounded in a stressful scenario. And of course I would turn it off once we got to the scene lol. This pod is special. Love you guys
-
Ghostie on 2ndThe best of 3 worldsI know the phrase is “the best of both worlds” but the title to this review represents the crazy amount of fun had on this podcast when 3 guys in 3 different seasons of life come together and have the most fun while debriefing their week. Family man Brad, newly married Jake, and the-world-is-his-oyster Timon. Thank God that these worlds collided and have provided joy to so many Ghosties over the years.
-
erica__lefeversimply the best…. better than all the rest !This is my first time reviewing any podcast, and that’s because there is no podcast like this one! Only podcast that has me laughing out loud, singing along to the jingle, and listening AS SOON AS every episode drops. Thank you, Jake, Brad, and Timon for the joy you bring to my Mondays and Wednesdays (and the rest of the days that end in y, as I’m still catching up on older episodes!). Grateful to be part of a community like this. 🤠

Serena OrienteThis Podcast Anticipates My NeedsThis morning I had the thought, ‘I know Timon and Brad are the singers of the show, but hearing Jake throw his hat in the vocal arena is always such a treat. I wish we had more of that.’ Well wouldn’t you know it… Jake started this morning’s episode asking Timon for a voice lesson. And boy was it nice. Jesus must like this podcast because the Spirit’s movin!

sphializbethbauchMy 18 year old cousin told me to listenHi Jake, Brad, and Timon! I have been listening to your podcast for almost a year now and figured it was time to leave a much deserved review. I am a 31 year old stay at home mom with 4 children who listened to “Correct Opinions” frequently when I flew out to CA to visit with family last January. I was talking with my cousin Nathan about how we both love Jake and how fun and funny he is to listen to when my cousin asked if I had ever listened to “Ghostrunners” I said no and he then proceeded to spend the next 30 min telling me why I needed to. I gave it a try and have been hooked ever since. I’ve even showed my husband Jake’s wedding video (my husband hates wedding videos) and afterwards he said “that’s the best wedding I’ve ever seen” thank you three for doing what you do. It is so wonderful to hear from friends who love God and value community- You are truly reaching all age demographics. May God bless you and your families

WhitneySimpsonThe Glossary EpisodeI’ve listened for several years now and thoroughly enjoyed today’s recap! One of my favorite episodes is Boost Mobile when Tony calls Jake during the episode. I miss the calls coming in during the episodes. They always got me tickled! Thanks for such a great pod!

mary margaret phillipsTimeliest podcast in KansasIf you’ve read any of the other reviews, you know what top notch content this podcast provides, so I’m going to focus on another aspect of what makes this podcast five stars - it always comes out on time. Rain or shine, summer or winter, holiday or not, at some point in the wee hours of each and every Monday and Wednesday morning, an eight pound four ounce brand new baby episode of Ghostrunners is dropped by the podcast stork on to your phone. Never late, never missing, always dependable. And for that, I thank you. Also I listened to today’s episode after hearing that my grandfather had passed away a few hours earlier. Hearing Jake reflect upon his grandfather’s death was so helpful and really timely. A sad thing to have in common with your podcast host, but still lovely to hear his thoughts as I experienced something similar. Lastly, as a vegan of seven plus years, I finally realized I could gift good ranchers thanks to Brad’s practical gift guide. 16 wahhhguuuubeeeeeef burgers, coming your way for Christmas, in-laws!

JimmeryouBest pod on either side of the Mississippi!Have you been looking for a pod that encourages you to buy American meat and beans roasted on Main Streets? Well this is the right one for you! This pod has become such a great part of my commute to work on Mondays and Wednesdays. It even influenced me to name my son Beau after Brad’s son because of all the fun stories. I feel like Jake is with me always as I smell Diva laundry soap on my clothes. (Not in a creepy way). I tell people the scent is called “Triplett” by Jake. This is a great pod for clean fun and comedy. It’s even a safe place for people who have mallet finger or are closet horse sniffers. Thanks Jake, Brad and Timon for all the great content. I hope to someday make it out to a Ghosty get away or play some pickleball with you guys.

ZachKelleyI had commitment issuesI’ve come to notice a trend in my life where I typically don’t stick with a podcast for longer than a year or so. Maybe it’s because I’m afraid of getting hurt, or I’m just too picky when it comes to finding the perfect pod. Whatever the reason I seem to bail out after several months at most, but the Ghostrunners podcast has made me an honest man. I’m thrilled to announce I’ve made it past the one year mark listening to this podcast every single week. Jake & Brad are genuinely funny, clean-cut guys with a gift for inviting the masses into their circle of friends. This is the first and probably only review I’ll ever write for a podcast because I’ve never met a podcast I felt like I could put a review on and call it my own. Thanks fellas, now I’m finally a committed man, my wife will be so proud! 💪🏻

BenWolvertonA Life Goal That MattersI am leaving this review as a semi-longtime but non-current Ghostie. My brother in law Matthew sent me the Amish Jams episode about 2 years ago and I was hooked as soon as the word Needtobreed came out of your mouths. As a traditionalist, I have since been plowing away at the episodes in chronological order from Amish Jams. At the time - being over 100 episodes behind - the task felt daunting and borderline unfathomable. I was making some mild headway (for some time) and then you started releasing 2 episodes a week…While this meant double the joy it also meant I had to up my proverbial catch up game. No messing around anymore. So for the past 2 years it has been a 2 steps forward 1 step back scenario, absolutely CHURNING through the episodes like my life depends on it. And though I am still about 5 months behind (how, I don’t know), I have hope that I will one day be current. And on that day I will miss the fact that I don’t have endless hours of new Ghostrunners to listen to, brightening my day, making road trips bearable, almost dropping barbells on my face mid-bench from some stupid unexpected joke that made me laugh, or bonding about Ghostrunners with my brother in law at our family get togethers. But until that day, we have some work to do. Thanks for being a podcast that has given the last few years of my life a fun trivial goal.
