    Thank you
I first discovered Heather through her YouTube channel when I was trying to hype up my then boyfriend now fiancé to run the Wine and Dine half in 2018. Fast forward to the pandemic in 2020 and I discovered Heather and Jen’s podcast. When the world was shutdown it felt like there were still people in my corner even when they didn’t know me. Fast forward again to 2022 and training for the WDW Marathon when I was injured in November, the approachable atmosphere that Heather and Jen provided allowed me to work up the courage to message Heather when I didn’t know what else to do. I wasn’t able to run the marathon, and actually didn’t run again until this June, but Heather and Jen constantly reminding listeners that we are all runners truly helped. It’s been one heck of a ride and I’m excited for these last 4 episodes and wanted to take the time to thank both of you for your time and dedication to this podcast. Thank you.

    I finally caught up!!
I’ve been watching Heathers You Tube channel since 2017 and have been a subscriber of the podcast since day 1 but it took until now to finally catch up!! I have learned soooooo much about running from both of you and appreciate the reminders that we all have a place in this community regardless of what type of runner we are! Next stop, joining the podcast Facebook group!

Take the ladies on the run with you
Have been with the podcast since episode 1 so just a bit late in reviewing to say how much I enjoy it. A great mix of Disney, running information, motivation and fun keeps bringing me back every week. While I may physically alone on my long runs, with the podcast I feel like I’ve got a good group with me the whole time and even find myself laughing out loud or answering questions as I go (hopefully not too loud to avoid funny looks from others on the path). Thanks for all you do and keep it up!

    My favorite running podcast!
I found my love for running and the running community through RunDisney and found this podcast through Heather’s YouTube channel! I love listening during my long runs, driving or just doing housework, and I have learned so much about running and more through Heather and Jen’s chats. Their positive attitude, love for the running community, and knowledge about running/health/fitness makes this a great and inspiring listen. Hope to meet you guys in person at an upcoming Rundisney Race!

    Running friends!
This podcast is so the best! I am a runDisney person that that transitioned into triathlons due to heather mentioning her journey. Currently training for my first full Ironman as well as another Dopey. My training is almost all solo so taking this podcast with me makes me feel like I have friends chatting along with me when the miles get long. Thank you Heather and Jenn for all you bring to the community!

Great podcast with two very genuine and fun hosts
I’ve listened to a lot of different running podcasts and this one has remained my favorite for a long time. Heather and Jen have been great companions on many of my long runs. They not only provide lots of great information, they also share a lot about their own journey - some highs, some lows, but always lots of laughter and fun. I highly recommend you give a listen!

    Gets me through my runs!
I have always had RunDisney on my bucket list which is how I found this podcast, but I love how this podcast covers so much more about running and life. After having taken several years off and having two kids, I am getting back into running and my runs look a lot different. 5am treadmill miles are my new norm, and listening to this podcast makes the runs so much more enjoyable. The content is so relatable and I feel like every podcast is speaking directly to me (yes, this easy run is important and so are my lunchtime walks!) Heather and Jen are such a joy to listen to, and I highly recommend this podcast!

    Relatable and Inspiring
After signing up for my first runDisney event, Goofy 2022, I began listening to a number of Disney running Podcasts. Runners Without Limits stood out for the inspirational yet relatable content. Although Disney inclusive, it extends beyond Disney content to look at running as a lifestyle for a variety of people. Others have commented that Jen and Heather feel like friends along for your long run. This is so true. I might have fangirled a bit when I realized Coach Heather was handing me my chocolate on marathon day—her voice was comforting after being in my ear mile after mile. I also recommend joining the Facebook group to further enjoy the community. Through that platform, I was able to submit a question that the ladies answered with kindness and support on an episode. The best part? The advice was simple, practical, and has already benefited my running. Such a jewel of a Podcast.

Fun - and may cause random outbursts!
Listening to Heather and Jen is like listening to a couple of friends chat - they’re candid, smart, and don’t shy away from the messy stuff in life and running. Add on to that how engaging they are and I’ve found myself laughing out loud or saying “Ohhh I remember that part of that race weekend!” mid-run. I can’t recommend their podcast enough, but just be aware that you may find yourself so engaged that it looks a little weird to others on the trail!

    Running with friends
Amazing podcast that’ll get you through your runs. I have gotten back into running after a 8 year hiatus while having three kids. I needed something for myself and after running for over a year I have my sights set on the Disney Marathon 2020 (the last marathon race I did in 2010). This podcast became exactly what I needed in this training season. You mentioned something in a recent podcast about running with friends at races and although I am doing my training and races solo, with you ladies by my side at 4 am most mornings, I truly feel like I am running with friends. From validating my fears, offering encouragement, and of course plenty of tips and advice, I have found my running “buddies”. I don’t know how to express how much finding your podcast helped me along this journey. Can’t wait to meet you face to face and thank you in person.

    Love this podcast!
I found this podcast while I was preparing to run my first marathon (also my first RunDisney event). Every podcast was spot on what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it! I probably listened to the “taper” podcast 10 times. I was fortunate enough to run into Heather in the MK the day before the marathon - she is just as gracious and encouraging in-person as she is on the podcast.

    My Favorite Podcast
I listen to many podcasts on a variety of subjects and subscribe to several about running, but I am always most excited to see this one in my downloads! I love the down to earth and genuine conversations between Heather and Jen. I take them on every long run and their great chemistry and relevant topics have gotten me through many miles! I also really appreciate the effort they put into having a consistent release every week. They’ve truly become part of my routine. Thanks so much ladies!

    Awesome podcast
I’ve been listening to Heather and Jen for a while now, and they are awesome! Their podcast is full of great running and RunDisney knowledge, and they are a joy to listen to on a long run!

    New Running Buddies!
I moved for work in the middle of the pandemic… from California to Florida. Between not having my running friends and the heat and humidity my running game suffered. So I signed up for the WDW Marathon!! I am training and running the marathon alone..tad boring, until I found you all! It is like running with friends again! Thank you!!!
  • shuster15
So grateful I found this podcast!
I can’t tell you how much I love this podcast. Heather and Jen are so knowledgeable, real, relatable, kind and encouraging. I feel like I have my two best running friends with me on every run. Thank you both for how hard you work on this podcast. I hope I get to see you one day in person at a race and thank you for being with me through so many miles, helping me not feel alone. I am so grateful.

    My favorite podcast!
I’m a new runner, and I look forward to the Runners without Limits podcast each week as I train. Heather and Jen are knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and relatable, and I’m learning so much from both of them. Thank you for a great podcast!

    Long overdue review
I found Heather’s YouTube channel back in 2016 through the Joyful Miles folks. Heather’s channel (and now podcast with Jen!) have gotten me through a maternity leave where my mental health wasn’t the greatest, a Chicago marathon training cycle, a WDW marathon training cycle (2020 was HOT), and now a second maternity leave where I’m finally is a great spot to start running again. I look forward to this podcast every week - it helps keep me motivated as well as keeps me excited to get back to running and training (and Disney!) Thank you for everything that you do!

One of the best running podcasts out there!!!
I've been listening to Heather & Jen's podcast for many months now after my sister recommended it to me. (She's a big fan of Heather's YouTube channel!) As a runner who is new to listening to podcasts on my runs (especially longer ones), these two ladies do a superb job at keeping the conversation light and fun while being super informative. I particularly love when they cover anything runDisney related and I often reference those older podcasts to keep me motivated when training for runDisney races :) It's also really awesome how they talk about their racing/athletic backgrounds as well as their highs/ lows and in-betweens of training. Highly recommend this podcast for those who are new to running, fans of runDisney events and also for anyone looking to learn how to become a better runner and athlete. Truly love this podcast and look forward to it every week - keep up the great work!!

    Makes me happy to run
This podcast keeps me not only motivated to keep running, but keeps me happy doing it. Heather and Jen remind me why I love running, and remind me to take pride in where I am, while encouraging me to keep getting better and striving to meet my goals. It’s a hard balance to walk and they do it effortlessly. Plus, I genuinely love listening to them! Happy running!

    Running buddies
I have been a listener to this podcast since s1 ep1. Also a follower of Coach Heather’s youtube channel since 2018 when i started my Rundisney journey. I run solo, so listening to the podcast during long runs makes me feel like having friends along. I love the race recaps, q & a’s, gift guides, and training guides. They do not take sponsors, so you know what you are getting is unbiased opinion. Heather and Jen are real and relatable to the average, adult-onset runner like me.

A long overdue thanks for a GREAT podcast!
Heather and Jen are like your best running friends who you’ve never met (can we fix that, please?) Each episode keeps me company on long runs with humor, passion, and energy. As a certified personal trainer and running coach, I find their advice solid and accessible to every runner. I often find myself tearing up and laughing out loud (that’s awkward when on a crowded trail) because they make this a true community, not just a podcast. They seek out great guests to enhance the conversations and vary the content to keep it fresh and relevant. Thanks for sharing your hearts, passions, and vulnerabilities. I hope this podcast has no limits too! Love you guys! From Alyson, not Karen ;) from Disney Runs in the Family

    Running with a friend
I love listening to Heather and Jen on my long run each week. I feel like we are all out for a run and I get to be apart of this fun conversation. Love listening to their race recaps and anytime a conversation becomes all about Disney I’m even happier. This is a great podcast for me the average runner… not fast but happy to be out doing the thing that’s good for me.

    Inspiring, Fun, and Inclusive Community
Heather and her good friend and athlete Jen are authentic and inclusive. They make a point to encourage runners of all experience levels and are “here for the people”. They’re committed to building a community, answering viewers questions, and sharing their personal experiences. Goal setting, race recaps, catch up chats, running/gear advice, this podcast has it all and never disappoints. Listening them on long runs is like catching up with old friends. Long time listener and will continue to support this community!

    Love this Podcast
I’ve been a true fan of listening to Coach Heather and Jen talk about their love of running, training for races (whether it’s a 5k or a marathon), importance of nutrition and their love for RunDisney. Yay races are back. They are normal athletes that inspire us normal runners. Keep up the good job ladies.

    Relatable and fun
Great podcast for anyone in either the Disney or running communities, or both. The hosts are so relatable, and share helpful information in a way that’s easy to understand. Thanks for keeping me company on many a run!

    By Karens, For Karens
The “RunDisney FAQs” episode was so painful to listen to. Brought back terrible memories of nuns scolding me in catholic elementary school. I guess this is how ladies think? “But what if?!?” Ugh. I can’t. Gents, or anyone who doesn’t find joy in stressing about things that shouldn’t be stressed about, steer clear.

    Best podcast on the block
I have listened since the debut of episode one, you both get me through my weekly runs. Not only are they fun, but very informative, and most of all I know I am not on my journey alone. Thanks for being awesome!! Can’t thank you both enough Edit we are now in August 2021 and I still happily and proudly pick these two great woman along for all of my long runs. Keep being awesome and doing what you are doing. I am proud to be part of your tribe and running family

    Runtastic!
I discovered Heather and Jen through the Joyful Miles Podcast and Facebook group. This podcast is a beautiful combination of real runner situations, friendship, and life’s challenges and triumphs. You really feel like you’re listening to friends even though you may have never met them. You find yourself motivated as well as being part of the ChEAR squad for them in their running and life’s journey. I myself am an adult onset runner and can totally relate to what Heather and Jen talk about. There is value here for the novice runner, walker, or the experienced elite. They have motivated me in my darkest hour to at least get off the couch. I never had a real desire to go to Paris, but after listening to Jen talk about runDisney Paris I talked my husband into going; we’re waiting until our kids are old enough to remember though because it’ll probably be a once in a lifetime trip, we also have to learn some French. If you want to be inspired and motivated, this is the podcast for you. 5 stars, keep up the good work Heather and Jen.

    I am a runner!
I found Heather's youtube videos after a night of drinking with my girlfriends and talking about our bucket lists. Mine to run a half marathon at Disney, and somehow my best friend decided that would be hers as well and we would have 40 races by 40 (4 years). The night morning we went out for our first run and felt like frauds as we didn't run the whole way. The next week the world shut down but my running attempts didn't! Heathers videos then brought me to this amazing podcast which made me realize THERE IS NO FAKE RUNNER. This podcast has kept me going through a tough pandemic year, 1 foot in front of another. Every opportunity I got I listened to Heather and Jen coach me on new running knowledge. Things I never knew I needed. This podcast and my new friends Heather and Jen made me realize i can do anything i put my mind to no matter how fast or slow. Thank you for being my cheerleaders and keeping me motivated. Thank you for making me see I. Am. A. RUNNER! (Hear me shouting it out in pride!) Kristy W

    Keeping it Real
I have been listening to the podcast from the beginning and just want to say thank you for being genuine. As we know, life, running, work, family, and training is not always rainbows and flowers. Your honesty and candor is refreshing. Also, thanks to you both, I may have recently purchased some Minnie ears.

Thanks for helping a so-so runner!
You ladies are great! Adult onset runner here and I never thought of myself as a “real” runner despite a wall of medals. Why? 1 because I only do short runs 5/10k and 2 I prefer mud runs/obstacle runs (like warrior, spartan, gritty) and 3 I don’t “look” like a runner and 4 I’m slow and sometimes need to walk. This podcast inspired me to do more races and say yes I’m a runner. Ok I’m slow. But I’m lapping everyone on the couch! I’m still a runner. Great podcast.
  • 3KDaddy
    Grateful adult onset runner
This podcast has been quite a blessing to me on my “running journey” since finding it earlier this year. Training for my first marathon, I religiously saved each new episode as a carrot for my weekly long runs, and Heather and Jen (and their guests) have been the running buddies I’ve needed, both with their candidness and their advice. Now that the world had been cancelled, having this podcast to look forward to on long runs has kept me honest when there wasn’t a whole lotta else to look forward to. Thanks!
  • Cristina G 😊
    Love this podcast!
I recently found Runners Without Limits and I’m so happy I did! Heather and Jen are great together and they have renewed my love of running. After an injury and failed attempt at Chicago last year in many ways it was hard to face running again. But this podcast, along with Heather’s YouTube channel, have inspired me to get back into running. However the thing I appreciate the most is it is helping me feel comfortable enough to say, I am a runner. The podcast on Running Myths and what it means to “look like a runner” or to be “fast enough” to be called a runner really hit home for me. I can’t tell you how important that was to hear - thank you!!
  • ShelliG
    One of my favorite podcasts!
This is hands down one of my favorite podcasts ever! Heather and Jen have kept me motivated to keep running through tough times, and they even got me through my first marathon at WDW Marathon Weekend 2020. I also love the supportive group they have put together on other platforms and I really appreciate that their community and support stretches further than this podcast. Thank you Heather and Jen!!

    Entertainment and Information
I look forward to Friday afternoon for two reasons. First, it’s the typically the end of my work week. Second, I get to listen to this podcast on my commute home. This podcast is a mixed bag of information and entertainment. You can always clean helpful nuggets to help in your running journey and if you don’t laugh multiple times, you should have your pulse checked. Keep up the great work!!
  • KatieFaye1234
    Great work!
Heather and Jen are amazing! Love listening to these 2! Heather researches every topic until she is an expert and Jen reminds us all that no matter you pace or skill level, we are all runners. We can all train like Olympians regardless of where we are in the pact. Love the runDisney content, but honestly my favorite episodes are the ones where they dive into the nitty gritty and give me confidence as a runner. They consistently prove that a PR is a PR regard and whether it’s my fastest mile of 15 mins, Jen’s sub 30 5k or Eliud Kipchoge’s Sub 2 hour marathon, it means the exact same thing to the person crushing that goal. Can’t wait to continue listening!!
  • Electrica1215
    Better late than never...
But honestly, I wish I would have found this Podcast sooner. Very informative and motivating, both Heather and Jen are articulate and engaging; it’s no wonder they have such a huge following in the women’s running community.

Just what I need when I need it! Thank you Heather and Jen!
The amazing thing about this podcast is it’s re-listen-ability (not sure if this is a word). When I’m going for a long run I have a tradition of randomly scrolling through the episodes and picking one at random. Each time I learn something but the information and conversations that you share are so valuable and important that I actually have to listen to it twice. Once during my run where I have often yelled out “me too” or “YES” and again when I get home and am stretching/foam rolling so I can really pay attention to what is being said. Thank you for being a great source of company on my run and for the reminder that even though I’m a turtle runner I have no limits!!

    Great Podcast!
I recently discovered this Podcast while in quarantine. I’ve been running for a couple years, but I find that I’m always learning something new from Heather and Jen. The community they’ve established is so welcoming and encouraging. Thanks for all you are doing!

    Amazing
I really want to thank you guys for being so positive especially right now this is exactly what I need to get through these troubling times. I’m really grateful that you guys are keeping this podcast up even though our races are on hold right now. You guys rock

My favorite voices to run to!
This is the only way I get most of my runs done...with the voices of Jen and Heather, my awesome coach running along with me! I’ve learned so much and they always keep me entertained on my long, humid, and HOT runs in Miami. This podcast has also allowed me to relive some of my favorite RunDisney races and always has me learning something new! Thank you for always running with me! Xo

    Running With Friends
I had another run yesterday with my friends Heather and Jen. And yes, I call them friends. I’ve laughed with them, celebrated with them, and shed a tear or two as well. I may just be listening in to their conversations, but I find myself answering them as I go (to the confusion of people I pass on the trail). Heather and Jen, thank you for creating a comfortable and inviting space that I look forward to visiting every week. Your knowledge and humor keep me entertained as well as informed. My favorite part is the obvious friendship and easiness that you have with each other. It’s not all rainbows and butterflies, though. You share your hardships and personal experiences as well, to make your podcast relatable to both newbies and seasoned runners the same. Thank you for being you and sharing your experiences and expertise, but mostly your friendship with us. Keep on keeping on, and happy running. ❤️
  • McDuck1977
    A little pompous
I’ll continue to listen to the RunDisney recaps, as most of the other podcasts that covered the events seem to have gone by the wayside, but I’ll skip the others, they get very pre Heather comes off as a know it all, yes I realize she’s selling her service, but a little humility goes a long way. Jen comes off like she’s an Olympic athlete when she’s actually a back of the packer...and yes, you’re from Boston; yes you have money; yes, you travel a lot; we get it.
  • Fl. Josh
    The struggle is real!
Hey Jen and Heather, First thanks for all the great content over the last year. I never miss a episode and save them for my long runs. Found your podcast from being a early JM Facebook member and watching Heathers YouTube channel. Heat and humidity. Listened to the podcast this morning on my 10 miler. I live near Ft Lauderdale and start my runs at 4:30 am. Where the “feels” like temp is already 93 at that time. I’ve come to the conclusion after beating myself up over much slower paces, that I just have to let go of the expectations I put on myself as far as my pace goes. Just getting the miles in is a win in my book. Currently training for my 2nd Dopey, 3rd straight WDW marathon , and 4 marathon over all. I’ve found that getting through the never ending Florida summers lead to much faster fall and winter paces for myself. Keep the podcasts coming. Hope to run into you in the parks. Josh B.

    Gets me through my runs
I love listening to Heather and Jen when I’m out on a run. I look forward to their podcast weekly. Their topics, content and guest speakers are on point and provide great advice and food for thought. I can personally relate to a lot being said and it makes me feel like I have a couple running buddies with me along my solo runs. Thanks again!

    Best Podcast for all runners!
I found this podcast through Heather’s YouTube channel which I found when starting to train for my first 15k race. I love that they encourage runners of all ages, paces, and walks of life. In a competitive world where athletes are obsessed with being the best, this podcast is a a great place for people who just love running for the sake of running and becoming their own kind of best. Also, bonus points for being runDisney people and Heather I’m also a massive Star Wars fan! These ladies keep me motivated after reaching my 15k race goal and looking towards my first half marathon sometime in the future!
