I was listening to secular bedtime stories, but this show has helped me focus on the Lord, has deepened my faith and increased my prayer time, as I fall asleep. I feel closer to God and I’m sleeping better than ever before! I love the background sounds (rain, ocean waves, music, etc.) I prefer the male voices—I just find them more soothing/relaxing—but I pray for everyone who creates the content! You are all such a blessing and I’m SO thankful for your faithfulness. God bless you!

Love this podcast. I listen every night and sometimes all night.. it’s very soothing and enlightening. I love the relaxation breathing in the beginning… sometimes I only hear that part.. but I listen over and over. This really helps me relax and be in the word as I fade into sleep

The background sounds - music, seagulls, etc - is distracting when trying to listen and fall asleep. The notes interrupt the calm cadence of the spoken words.

I listen multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times a day. It helps turn times of sleeplessness or stress into times of prayer and rest.

Please do more with Chloe Elmore, her voice is so soothing and relaxing and amazing. This is just an amazing podcast. I have trouble going to sleep at night, so I put this on, and it really helps me relax, and feel in the presence of God. All my favorite Bible stories are on here I love sing, praise to the Lord red by Chloe Elmore. I love imagining myself in Australia, I listen to that one every night.

What’s the point of paying for a premium channel when you get obnoxious ads disrupting what could’ve been a peaceful sleep?

Amazing: Absolutely love it it’s amazing helps me fall asleep and just shows me how much god loves me. and sometimes I will have a headache or I’ll just feel really stressed and I’ll just listen to this and in under five seconds ( minutes) I would fall asleep right away. Really helps thank you so much and I love Tyler bosses voice it’s so peaceful. problem: I love everything but as some people said the ads are really annoying and I just randomly wake up and go back to sleep but they’re just really loud and I don’t wanna get up and just skip the adds I wanna have a peaceful sleep, so maybe fix the adds and also some weird bug keeps overlapping the music other than that great.

I'm so grateful I came across this very sweet Christian app for help with sleep. Each new episode comes with such a feeling of thankfulness. I love our Lord. I love sleep. I love all of you! We all need sleep, and this blessed app gets my body & mind relaxed. It always comes thru!! This podcast could be awesome! Why why why why why do you have the loud ads?? it completely destroys any value that this has. I’ve stopped listening because of the ads. I may fall asleep, but I am immediately awoken by an obnoxious ad at the beginning of the next podcast. Pointless.

Chloe talks way to fast and although I like her message it is very hard to relax and fall asleep when she is so enthusiastic. I feel like she thinks she is in front of the pulpit trying to keep her listeners awake rather than help them fall asleep. She needs to slow down add some pauses and increase the background music so the subconscious can pick up the word of the lord after the listener has fallen asleep.

I have to unsubscribe because instead of helping me sleep, the brash ads wake me up

My family really enjoys this. Our two year old kid sleeps with us and when we all listen to this we all fall asleep and sleep so well. Lord I’m having trouble sleeping tonight. Please anyone who sees this pray for me as I never seem to sleep well besides when I listen to this.

I sleep to this every night. And as someone who has a lot going on in middle school, I need to calm down and go to sleep at night. And when I got introduced to abide. I’ve been listening and sleeping to this every night! 😄🙏

I’m twelve years old and my parents went through a divorce last year. I had a hard time falling asleep at my dads new house. I would get so stressed about going to bed at night. But this amazing podcast was a huge solution. It was a reminder in my ear every night that I wasn’t alone and That God loved me. After a year of listening to this podcast I feel more connected with God than ever. Abide had helped me through some difficult times and I’m so thankful. Also to those who say the adds are to loud just skip the adds there only at the beginning and end!!!! There where at least 3 episodes where 2 different tracks of music overlapped each other. And all the new songs are weird and kinda disturbing. I’m really disappointed. With the news cycle and the deep corruption in politics, it is so good to be reminded- especially at bedtime- that God is in control and He will never let us down

I am frustrated because I have listened to at least two recent episodes that restart the content half way through the episode ~17 mins in. For example, most recently I listened to the episode from March 28th, and (I think) July 18th. This happens on multiple podcast platforms.

I can fall asleep and stay asleep after listening to this

I like the word, but please, why the add right when you tap the play button? The breathing is not really helpful because there isn’t a lot of thought going into making the listener very calm. But, thank you. Ps: I love the water noises 🌊

I love everything about it except the ads… I even paid for ad free w& it was literally only ad free the first night 😭 I might as well have kept my money. Those ads are terrible they literally scare me out of my sleep

On Walking in new life Melissa has a deep noticeable breath between sentences. I love her voice but can she control her breathing? I think that would be so much better. Really love her voice.

I do so love this app . Most of the people have such calm and soothing voices . There is one called “ Resting in new life “ When it comes on during the night , the lady reading this has such a loud , sharp intake of breath between her sentences iit really disrupts the calm . This reader is the only one that you can hear that - the rest are amazing .

Abide, overall, it is a podcast with pro’s and con’s. I have been listening to this podcast for about a year now and I’m still not done. I just turned ten and I can fall asleep in less than ten minutes. The only thing I ask that they change is the advertisements. When I have been trying to sleep for a while, I don’t want ads bothering me. Otherwise, everything is good. Definitely will recommend this. P.S please stop saying the background music is annoying, it is not.

Come on Abide. Loud ads on a sleep podcast are just ridiculous. On a Christ-centered one - almost demonic.

I love abide and I listen to it every night! I love the fact that I am listening to it as I sleep and that it is biblically based. Also, yeah the ads are annoying, but I think it is so worth it because for me there is only 1 or 2 at the beginning and that is it. 😁

Must the ads be so loud and obnoxious? It’s like it automatically turn your volume up. I can’t count the amount of times the ads have startled me out of my sleep.

I looove abide , but for everyone talking about the ads . . . You can go on YouTube , on they're account and they have very long videos without ANY ADS . . You can put it and they last for so many hours . It just keeps on repeating over and over until you 💤 😴

This would be the perfect sleep podcast for me, but the ads at the beginning are loud and obnoxious. Completely opposite of the atmosphere I’m trying to create.

I normally love listening to this podcast and have it playing on loop while I sleep but tonight as I was listening, I heard an add for the movie “Halloween Kill”. I do not like horror movies at all and the last place I want to hear a trailer is on a Christian podcast. This ruined it for me

The content itself is good but the ads are loud and startling at bight. I listen to several sleep podcasts and they seamlessly incorporate ads very quietly so they aren’t disturbing if you’re listening all night.

The peaceful focus on our Lord as the meditation leads you to relax is calming, soothing and leads me to a deep slumber. Pointing the way in a biblical way with meditation techniques is a wonderful combination. As a Christian I welcome going to sleep thinking of Christ and the belessings God’s peace gives. The calm style the narrator speaks in is easy to listen to. This meditation can work for a believer as well as a non- believer if your in tune that there is a higher being than ours elves. Knowing of God’s grace and mercy makes these meditations even more meaningful to me.

I love this because they have an app you can download, it’s a cool app but you have to pay. On YouTube you have to pay for YouTube premium in order to turn off your phone while Abide is playing. But podcasts have Abide playing without a subscription or having to pay to turn your phone off. I would do 6 stars if I could.

What a treasure this app is. No ads or any reference to monies just pure worship, prayer and supplication. Thank you. This is such a blessing to us. God bless you and keep you.

Some nights I have trouble falling asleep, and so I listen to this podcast. It is really calming and with true words and stories really give me something to think about when I fall asleep.

Hearing these Biblical, prayerful recordings are a blessing. They penetrate right to the heart through the Holy Spirit. Glory to Jesus Christ forever! Amen!
