I am a Dental Hygienist and clearly that doesn’t usually fall under the “tradesmen” category.. however, this show is PACKED with amazing coaching tips on how to grow your business, relationships, and confidence in running your business successfully… mixed in with comedy and lots of laughs. “Real people, with a real business in the real world” vibe is something i love. It doesn’t matter what you do for a living you can find something helpful to you in almost every episode!

I’ve learned so much from this podcast that has helped me become a high performer in my welding career. I’m a young dumb 20 year old and this podcast is the closest thing I’ve had to a mentor!

Between Josh and his sandpaper Dildo and Nate finding the G-Spot. I am learning a lot about how these are normal guys that want you to succeed in your trade and path of life.

My husband, who is in a trade, got me listening to this podcast. I’m in the medical field but I feel like this podcast applies to anyone wanting to better themselves and their work life. We have been applying the lessons in this podcast to our everyday lives and it has made such a difference. I can’t wait for more episodes!!

Not a tradesman by craft, in any way shape or form but I cannot stress how important this message is. For almost a decade we have baristas and bar tenders alike who are $50k in loan debt making minimum wage, but we can’t find people to build, craft, construct, repair, or service the things we rely and depend on. These guys are are honest, raw, entertaining, and incredible informative, HIGHLY recommend!
