    At the height of the pandemic and WFH with 2 elementary level children, I was in a bad place physically and mentally, as most of us were. I found DadBodWod over Instagram and started to see Kevin’s workouts, which then led me to this podcast. His life experience resonated with mine, so I decided to reach out. That was April 2021.     I have not been able to relate to a trainer and podcast until now. Kevin does a great job breaking down how to be effective in a short period. The podcast has helped me realize there are hundreds if not thousands of men going through the journey of fitness and parenthood and struggling.
