LVA-PRThis program changed my lifeAt the height of the pandemic and WFH with 2 elementary level children, I was in a bad place physically and mentally, as most of us were. I found DadBodWod over Instagram and started to see Kevin’s workouts, which then led me to this podcast. His life experience resonated with mine, so I decided to reach out. That was April 2021. In roughly 4 months I was down 25lbs and have maintained that ever since. Joining the program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and you should too.
