Katie made me feel relaxed and was easy to talk with during the our interview. She asked great questions that created a deeper conversation about courage and being a mother and author. Loved it.

Literacy is so important and this podcast highlights this while encouraging and supporting it as well. The podcasts are always well researched and I love all the linked information. It gives me the chance to look deeper into the things that interest me and there are great book lists.

This podcast is wonderful. The content is well presented and very informative about helping kids be motivated to become literate & provides tips for the parents & educators who want to promote early literacy.

I love all of the helpful tips given in this podcast on how to help children be motivated to read. She also helps the listener understand why literacy is such an important skill for children to learn as early as possible. Love listening and gaining helpful resources in how to implement literacy in my home.

I love the concept especially as an educator and literacy coach myself and I’d love to see some literacy coaches of color on here speaking about diversity or the tolerance standards. I’d also love to see some episodes about building math, science etc lessons from one book (i.e. something I’ve done for my 3 year old or I’ve seen some preschool mamas do online and loved).

This podcast has really great tips for helping myself and my kids gain a better love for literacy! I know reading is important, but sometimes I just need to be motivated and get some ideas for how to apply my goals for reading with my kids and have them read. I was seriously motivated to put away the screens and open up a book with my children after listening!

Loved this so much! I ran and listened to the podcast and felt like I learned more about parenting and reading than I have in my whole life. So impressed with how well-researched it is!
