yoga run repeatThank you!Understanding vestibular disorders for the people in our lives in so so so hard. This podcast has been such a sweet space for them to understand a little more. And also, being in a space where we feel seen ourselves and understood is magic. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🤍⚡️ Julie Mdds since 2018 grit_and_grace_yoga (IG)

LisaDPTWonderful ResourceI love this podcast and look forward to every episode. I love that it started off with “the basics” and that it has grown to so much more. The last few episodes have been so enjoyable and I utilize the information just as much. Learning that it took Dr. Epley 10 years to publish a paper on the Epley maneuver is how I educate my patients on how much has changed and how long it can take for that change to occur. Thank you for being vestibuloholics and sharing with other vestibuloholics! Can’t wait for more.
