JulieC__Like chatting with a friendI started following Bec on Instagram. I look forward to her stories and content and am thisclose to starting her 3 week reset. I'm just absorbing everything she shares and am really drawn to the content because I also have digestive issues and am sick of all the noise about what way of eating is best. She has the degree, the research and the reviews to back up that she's the real deal. Bec makes everything really approachable and is just so human and adorable too. Oh and I don't even like podcasts, but I've already listened to four of Bec's today while I'm cleaning the house and taking a rest day after feeling a bit burnt out. I can't recommend her enough :)
