Love the banter between these two - great podcast

I really enjoy your show but you failed to mention that you can also watch the CV finals games on the NHL network for no cost (other than any cost you may have for the NHL network). At least with Xfinity.

New kraken fan here from Florida, I started watching the team during the playoffs last year and started listening to the podcast during the current season. You guys have helped me get through a lot of closing shifts at a crappy job and have helped me learn more about the game and the league. Keep up the great work, I’m hoping and praying for a kraken playoff run (yes I’m a believer in the Jeff lasso way) and most importantly “Let’s Go Kraken!”

Jeff and Joey of Kraken Pod are one of the Hockey Podcasts I routinely listen to. Knowledgeable of the game and are welcoming of all fans and are great for providing knowledge of the game. Great banter throughout the podcast. Very entertaining to listen to.

These guys are fantastic. Jeff has an amazing Twitter presence as well. Lots of fun, plenty of grit, and more puck knowledge in one of their little fingers than in the entirety of entire Avalanche fanbase.

Great podcast! It’s very informative and fun to listen to. I just wish the episodes came out a little more often. It’s fun to listen to the guys and their funny stories.

Love these guys. It’s a good podcast for old and new hockey fans. They do their research, they’re funny, and you get to know their personalities. Come up for more games, and I’ll start buying merch!

BRING IT ON KRAKEN🥅 GO BEET THOSE OILERS

I can’t say it’s the best podcast ever because once I found this, I was 98% sure it was the best and won’t waste my time listening to others. Next to Kraken games, this is currently my #1 choice in entertainment across all media. It does help that I went to high school outside the D in the 90s, and the Redwing hat tips strike a chord. The Redwings have been the NHL stand in team for most hockey fans I know in Seattle. The strengths here are community building, camaraderie , and the typical shenanigans people enjoy about sports. If you’re looking for stat heavy analysis, or you can’t listen to colorful language, you should probably (earmuffs) right the (earmuffs) off, get your (earmuffs) toting (earmuffs) (earmuffs) something else to (earmuffs) (earmuffs) (earmuffs). It is an explicit cast, marked as such, mind the kiddos :) Almost forgot, if you’re new to the cast, these things keep well, go back and listen to the oldies.

Joey & Jeff put on a fun, lighthearted, and enjoyable podcast dedicated to the Seattle Kraken (and Detroit Red Wings) hockey team(s). I consume all the media around the Kraken (and a lot of general NHL information) and these guys are by far the most fun to listen to. I’ve been involved in hockey all my life as a player, on-ice official, and of course fan, but their focus on the new fan isn’t a detriment to my enjoyment, even though they often get small things technically incorrect in their answers to “No Dumb Questions”. They’re still 97% correct, but 100% entertaining. So many hockey podcasts are slow and dull, but not this one! They get right to the depths (EARMUFFS!) and stay funny and entertaining the entire time. Keep up the great work guys!

I’m new to hockey and I love the podcast!

Love this podcast! Became a new hockey fan as the Kraken got started and having a place to get to know the game better has been amazing. The guys are knowledgeable and funny, and I look forward to Tuesday releases. Now I’m an obsessed Kraken fan who actually knows what they’re talking about - thanks guys!

Simply as the title says

I love how chill and normal these guys are. No elitism or snooty crap here… just a love of the game and our Kraken. No Dumb Questions and 3 stars of the week are some of my favorite bits. I was tempted to leave 1 Star just to get them to come to Seattle and hunt me down….but they so earned 5!

Been listening to this podcast for the past year and it’s always a great listen. Jeff and Joey are great commentators that give you the run down on Kraken hockey while cracking a few jokes along the way. Always entertaining! Keep up the great work guys :D

So i did because the poddy rocks. I started listening with 0 knowledge of hockey now i know what pomd hockey means….. if you are from seattle and you want to listen some dudes from Mississippi talk about the Kraken this is the pod for you! F*** where is my merch already? This is not a redwings podcast……

This perfect pair has a great blend of great info of the kraken as well as lightening the mood with wild and “in the depths” rants! Listen weekly on my mail route laughing so hard customers have to assume the mailman is crazy! hope to one day go to a game with you both! Keep Up the great shows don’t change a thing!

This is by far my favorite podcast. One of the few I can actually listen to. I have a hard time keeping interest while listening to podcasts, but this show? That’s not an issue! I follow their banter and topics easily and regularly laugh out loud. They are funny, informative, entertaining. I look forward to this show every week, it makes my commute to and from work pass by almost too quickly. Only complaint: I wish there were more! But I understand they both have regular jobs and lives, I suppose I can deal with once a week 😊

These two guys are really good, great at displaying their enthusiasm for the Kraken. It’s fun to listen to, interesting to hear the points of views, and also full of good humor. It’s sometimes silly and might get a bit off track, but overall, it’s like listening to a couple of hockey fans who really love the team!

I dig this podcast. It’s definitely my favorite hockey podcast, and I only have time for one, so this is it. I’ve tried a bunch of others and I’m hooked on this one. It’s the only one that gives me fomo if I miss a week. Jeff and Joey are the best. They are fun without being crass and misogynistic, and they are knowledgeable without being arrogant. And as a product of the State of Hockey and the mother of a hockey player, I have zero time for people who think they know everything about hockey just because they watch it or write about it. Their dynamic duo of one lifelong hockey fan and a newbie is perfect. And Joey is amazing! For someone who is new to hockey, I am very impressed with him and how quickly he’s picked it up, how well he does his research, and the things that he’s able to vibe into immediately. He gets it- better than some of the people who have covered hockey here in the PNW for years! So keep on keepin’ on, guys. You’re awesome!

This podcast is a fun way to get your weekly Kraken news and have a good laugh while doing it. Informative and helpful for new and old hockey fans!

These guys are really fun to listen to. They make it feel like you’re in the same room with them sharing a beer and talking hockey. As someone new to the sport, the show makes hockey easy to understand, plus I can always count on them to consistently release new episodes each week. Couldn’t recommend this podcast more. Keep up the good work guys!

This is my go to sports podcast!! So entertaining and informative! Big hockey fan here!

The positivity is stellar (even when y’all are continually trying to get Coach H fired) (kidding). The game breakdowns are fantastic and really informative; especially to someone who’s learning about hockey but really stoked about having a team. My absolute favorite part though is the No Dumb Questions because I was seriously using my google machine in incognito mode to ask hockey questions I thought they were so simple (I have teenagers so no privacy but a need to maintain street cred). You guys are great!

This is definitely the Best Kraken Podcast. I listen to them as soon as they come out. Also a great hockey podcast in general. I highly recommend.
