    Such a great knitting podcast!
I’m so happy to have found this podcast. I love hearing all the different perspectives people bring to knitting. Knitting has been my lifeline through periods of great stress, and my faithful companion throughout my life. It’s rare that I don’t have my knitting with me. I even keep a “go-bag” with a sock project in it to be ready for any emergency. Each guest uses knitting as a different type of therapy and approaches it from a different angle. I love hearing them, expanding my views and appreciation of knitting!

    An excellent podcast!
I discovered this podcast series a month or so ago, and have only a few left to listen to until a new one is published this week. Today I listened to the episode “Knitting Saved My Life” with James McIntosh. I really appreciated his take on knitting as mindfulness. Now, as I’m knitting, I’m paying attention to the sensory experience of my feet on the floor, butt and back in chair, and the movement of my hands and fingers as they make each stitch. Thank you, Mia and James!

    Grief knitting
I began listening to this podcast just a few weeks ago. My knitting group and I have had many a conversations about how we get so much mental health benefit from our craft. One woman lives with a husband with Alzheimer’s, another is a new widow, another with chronic illness. Personally, I lost two brothers last year and a dear friend, all to illness. I wove , knit, crocheted, spun, anything with my hands. This host and the conversation is right in the mark about knitting for mental health.

Politics and knitting. Not for me
I began listening to this podcast with episode 3. I wish I had not. This episode contains political talk. I try to escape the political world through my knitting. That is why I knit (a break from this nasty politically polarized world). The idea behind this podcast really fascinated me but I’m afraid to listen on.
