    Wet Rocks
I started listening to this podcast from the beginning after the podcasters appeared on the official Severance podcast. I have enjoyed it. It is so interesting to hear the theories and speculation that happened along the way, like how Amanda HATED the idea of Gemma as Mark’s wife. I have to say that I am glad to be past the early portion of the podcast where many characters’ names were mispronounced frequently. BUT, here is why I am posting this review today. In the S1E8 podcast, the team takes the position that wet rocks are more beautiful and appealing than dry rocks. I just had to say that I agree 1000% and thank you for saying it. Praise Kier and I am looking forward to enjoying the future for me past episodes equally. P.S. I hope there is a time soon when clones cease to be mentioned frequently. ❤️

    A podcast about nothing
So much self involved talking and patting on the back blah blah blah me blah blah blah blah me “I met stars I met famous people .” Just talk about the show

    Recent episode
For a show about severance, it’s weird that they spend so much time talking about other people’s critiques and dislike of the show. Most recent episode the first hour was all about how other people don’t like the show. It’s weird, especially after just being on the official podcast with Ben and Adam. If you just listened to this one episode you wouldn’t even think they’re fans of the show. This season was incredible, the finale even out did last year‘s which I thought was impossible. Every single person I’ve ever talked to about the show loves it, love this season, love the finale. I listen to severance podcasts to hear about theories and love for the show. Some critique is fine and expected, but not a whole hour on why some people don’t like the show

    Pronunciation!!!
The mispronunciation of names (ex: Corbel) is way too distracting for me to continue!

The true waffle party of Severance Podcasts
I love this severance podcast. The hosts are so funny but also knowledgeable. Love their unique analysis.

    The best perk
Is getting to listen to this analysis twice a week!

    Great analysis of Helly/Helena
The ladies have great insight into Helly/Helena, a character I watch closely. I see her struggling with an oppressive environment and family. Helly is Helena without the oppression - a dream come true. What a great fantasy to play out. Can’t wait for further analysis! Thanks gals!

I adore this show! Awesome to have two brilliant neuroscientists weighing in on stuff and Josh is smart and fun as always. I honestly look forward to these episodes as much as I look forward to the show itself because it feels like sifting through theories with friends. Great job guys - really appreciate you!

    Great, but…
I wish Josh would stop over-talking his co-hosts! All of the hosts offer a lot of interesting insight. Can they each finish their sentences?? Wait your turn, my friend. Otherwise, I love this pod.

    Getting political
This was always my go to for all things severance. The recap of season 2, episode 3 lost me. I watch severance to escape. The pod was like minded fans. This episode of the pod had real life politics brought into it . In a world where politics are shoved down everyone's throat I would think that a severance pod wouldn't be doing that also. I'll be moving on to a severance pod my friend suggested. I didn't listen to hear political point of views. I came to escape it

Best recap of the best show
    Love this podcast so much!

    Love the show and pod!
My favorite show in a long time, and the pod is very insightful. But please tell the hosts that Helly R’s outie’s name is pronounced HEL-ena, not Hel-AY-na.

    Great Podcast!
I have been loving this while rewatching S1! Is it done though? Did I miss episodes 8 & 9? That would be sad? Awesome coverage and insights!

    Perfect accompaniment for a rewatch!
I enjoyed each episode of the podcast equally.

Admittedly had a large dislike first episode but kept listening. They are both terrific, clever and add a lot of insights with a great energy!

    Love this podcast
I am enjoying your podcast. I have already watched season 1 but I enjoy listening to all of your thoughts you had along the way.

    Listened for Severance
I love the content and think the hosts do a great job. One star off simply because the editing can be really rough, skipping from the middle of one sentence to the next. The Episode 7 recap was the toughest for this. Otherwise, fun and thorough breakdowns and theory exploration.
  • hmm heb
    more substance leas fluff
so much chit chat. not enough recap.

Thank you for this amazing podcast!
I found this podcast after the waffle party because I was so confused. I’m thankful for your re cap and theories! Such a great companion to the show! I’m curious if you all have seen the German show “Dark” on Netflix, because I’d love to hear your recap/ feedback on such a complicated time traveling show.

    Terrific podcast!
I am so grateful for this smart, entertaining, and informative podcast! I am listening in May, having seen all the episodes of Severance already, and your podcast has made me appreciate the show a thousand times more than when I first watched the season. Thank you! So happy to have discovered your great work and now I can’t wait for Severance Season 2 and listening to your insightful and fun coverage again. You all are terrific!

Content great, needs some sound adjustment
Love the insights and effort the team puts in every week. It’s my go-to for Severance recaps. However the sound quality is not the same for all participants. I have trouble listening anywhere other than a quiet room. I know nothing about required skill or equipment, but my one suggestion would be to do some post-recording sound adjustment so that everyone is at the same volume and clarity.

    I needed this podcast
When I first started watching Severance, I knew I needed to find a Severance podcast. At the time, this was the only podcast I could find. Even though it was the only one as far as I knew, it turned out to be so excellent and now I’m listening to other Post Show podcasts. Thank you. All three of you are awesome!
  • SignalSeventy
    Feels disjointed.
Too many ham fisted jokes derail what is otherwise great analysis and thoughtful consideration of a great mystery box show.

    Fantastic podcast!
I love this show and this podcast! I love how deeply you guys dive into almost every scene and dissect what’s going on. I will absolutely be listening next season!
  • Wordzone
Love this show - love this recap
Not many people I know watched Severance - so I look forward to hearing the three hosts takes every week. Always insightful, intelligent, and engaging.

    Season 2 prediction
Especially now that we have decided Ricken is not doing anything sketchy and he really is just the “bafoon mouthed” character we know, I feel like he will die in season 2. I feel the same way about Ricken as I did about Bob Newby in Stranger Things. Simple, feel good comic relief characters that really aren’t pivotal to the story which makes them a great sacrifice that can drive plot forward. I will hate to see Ricken go but I can’t help feeling as if he will die in a Bob Newby manner come season 2.

    Commercials commercials commercials
....and then the hosts talk for awhile about themselves. Eventually they talk about the show but I had already unsubscribed.

    Thank you!
Not enough people watch this amazing & unique show! So I was so thankful to discover not only that the show had a podcast, but a great one! This is a show where I definitely need to process, plus I’m always sad when the credits come up, so this podcast has been a blessing. Y’all are super engaging, entertaining and seem like pretty nice people too. Can’t wait to listen again during Season 2. ✨🙌🏾

    Best Severance podcast
If you are looking for a well researched, obsessive deep dive into weekly episodes then this is the podcast for you. Great recaps, insights, and listener feedback.

What’s up with the audio glitches?
Was so excited to check this out, and would have enjoyed it, but there were so many skipped/cut/repeated pieces of audio. Was this a one-off, or are all the shows like this? If so, I won’t go back and give a listen to all of them because listening to this was kind of painful, TBH.
  • valwes59
    Great Show!
Really loving this podcast! I picked so much great information while listening that I had to go back and watch the show on Apple TV from episode one.
  • Gardenia2847
    Great insights.
I love this podcast and the revelation of Apple’s book about this series. I love the character analysis. I am enjoying the length of the episodes. The only thing I wonder about is how many times they mention the horrors of working under “capitalism,” and how capitalism tries to brainwash people into thinking they are doing something important for the world. All jobs do this to some extent, under all systems. Especially in dictatorships such as Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, North Korea, and China. Try reading Chairman Mao’s little red book. I have a copy. It’s all jargon about doing important work. These workers are enriching oligarchs, just like crony capitalism. This show really reminds me of soviet slogans as well as the issues we all face at work all over the world. My other issue is that some work is very important. Remember the first responders and health care workers in the pandemic?

    So fun!

    It's ok
These people seem very nice but holy cow, please don't all talk at once. The editing isn't great, ads seem to be inserted at the wrong time but overall they make some good points.

    Ricken Good Podcast
Both your innie and outie selves will enjoy this fun, smart and insightful podcast. Why go it alone when you can have Josh, Melissa and Amanda accompany you through the hallways of Lumon? This podcast is like a welcome map which helps me to navigate through each episode of Severance. Much like a good chamomile cookie, it hits the spot. Five shriveled raisins!

    So fun!
Two female neuroscientists and one Josh Wigler?! Where else are you gonna get that kind of expertise?? These three are great and their fun is infectious. Do yourself a favor and check ‘em out 🧠🧠🧠

  • Dear Drew S.
    Excellent Severance podcast!
Josh, Melissa and Amanda’s coverage of Severance is almost as strong as Dylan’s delts. Almost!
  • tallbright
    Great recap pod!
Severance is one of those shows where I absolutely need a good podcast to unpack it and make me feel like I have friends who are just as obsessed as I am. The hosts are super smart (two have neuroscience backgrounds, the third is an entertainment journalist) and do a fantastic job analyzing themes, speculating about fan theories, and reliving the show’s hilarious, weird, and haunting details. The best dinnerless dinner party in my podcast app.

    Love.
This show is quickly becoming a favorite in our house, and the podcast experience makes it that much better. We love the hosts and fantastic discussions. Keep ‘em coming, please!!
  • LL from Earth
    Great hosts, great show!
Started watching this show because I saw these three were podcasting about it and I’m so glad I did! Even happier that I have this podcast to listen to alongside the episode drops every week. Can’t wait to keep listening!

    Amateur Hour
How do the hosts do a 2 hour podcast without even noticing the smoke detector beeping in the background every 30 seconds? It is break-room level torture! Wigler productions are usually very professional but not this time.
