Welcome to the Unf*ck Your Fitness Podcast with me, Kristy Castillo. I'm here to help you break the annoying diet cycle, gain confidence, and reach your health and fitness goals. 

This podcast will show you how to be proud of the body you have, build the body you want, and enjoy the process along the way. I'll cover topics like how to get the most from your workouts, the importance of feeding your body what it needs, and key mindset shifts that will empower you. I've broken through the BS surrounding diet culture and built my dream body, all while being a busy wife, Mom and business owner, and I know you can too!

    I have been listening to your podcast for the last few months. I’ve been on my health and fitness journey since 2016 after a car accident injured my back. I’ve had my ups and downs, and a pregnancy. In April, i was weighing in at my heaviest, around 245 pounds. Today I’m weighing in around 220 but with increased muscle and lower body fat, but most importantly more confidence! You have taught me so much!

    Fitness Topics that are Real!
    I absolutely love the topics you address and your view on fitness being a lifestyle. I really resonated with the episode on getting on track after travel. I took a 1 week trip in October and it caused 3 weeks of being off track (before/during/after). But you normalized it and made me realize not to feel awful about it, but to just take the time you need and get back to your healthy habits! Keep it up 👍

    Seriously, it just took me 10 minutes of listening to Kristy and I already felt in love and already am a HUGE fan. The things that she said, the way that she say, makes you get it, its simple, makes you inspired, makes you wanted to go and get your fitness life together, and just go for that body you “wish” you had to go and make it happen, if you dont work hard, you’re not going to get it. Kristy is an inspiration, an fitness and life coach, super knowledgeable and cool. I feel like she is my friend… love this podcast so much! When Im driving and my husband call me to say nothing important… Im like: - I have to hang up, Im listening to my fitness podcast lol.     I am planning on joining your Shred program soon, but wanted to catch up on all of your podcasts and do a little more digging on macros and recipes, along with tracking my food. I have learned so much about macros, food, working out, goals, and fad diets listening to your podcast. I love that you talk about doing what will be sustainable for you and your life, no food is off limits (even fast food), and weights vs all cardio. I can't wait to take this and run with it in a few weeks.
