    Good Topics, OK Host
Detailed but accessible information that I find valuable. I wish the host was better prepared; lots of meandering questions that sometimes trail off into mumbling.

If you only listen to one health and exercise podcast, this should be the one
This is an expert on a mission. He is not like so many podcasting out to enrich himself or build a brand. The mission is to provide information so that listeners can make decisions to understand what, why, and how to improve their health. When you are listening to Glenn you are going on a tour to the experts in their areas of research. He takes you to listen to them describe their research and learn. You could not have a better guide on the tour.

    Fix the audio quality
The podcast is only listenable in a silent environment. Drop the base levels and boost the record levels. Other wise and excellent podcast. But you can’t listen to it in the car or on the bike.

The BEST podcast for learning the fundamentals of physiology.
If you want to hear from the legends of exercise physiology, this podcast is a must. Cheers to Glenn for asking great questions to bring the best out of each guest.

Great content, let the speakers speak
Really good content but interviewer tends to interrupt and ask leading questions rather than let the guest finish thoughts. Keep it up, it’s a process I’m sure!
