    I listen the several different podcasts on the Rings of Power, but this one is hands down my favorite! Their love for both the books and the show is a joy to listen to and the knowledge base is exceptional. Penny and Anwen are so good together, and guests have done a great job as well. House Podcastica has done it again.

    This podcast is amazing with all the talk about New Zealand. How Anwen is from there and her love and passion for the Rings series. Penny is amazing and you can hear her excitement within the episodes as well as the other guests that come on and the listener feedback. I can’t wait to hear more from this podcast.

    This review is specifically for the Peter Jackson movies podcasts to date. I was a little intimidated by the length of the podcasts but it felt like no time had passed when they started wrapping up the podcasts because it was so interesting. I could listen to these ladies talk all day and I can’t wait for season 2 of Cast to make them a part of my weekly post-show viewing.

    Gentle wisdom
    This is such a great show! The hosts are deeply knowledgeable, but they wield that knowledge so gently that I feel myself learning instead of feeling lectured. They share so much love for Tolkien’s work and the films (and New Zealand!). If you are tired of raging fan boys, this is the place for you.

    This by far the best episode recap podcast - Insightful, intelligent, and funny. They’re a joy to listen to. In a field filled with lore snobbery and swearing, Penny and Anwen are a breath of fresh air.

    I love this podcast! The hosts do a wonderful job of reviewing the show and diving into some of the lore of this universe without spoiling things for non-book readers. As someone who hasn’t read any of Tolkien’s books I’ve gained a better insight into what this show is all about thanks to them. And I may even pick up the books soon. Keep up the good work!
