KCougs87Solid Sustainable AdviceRandomly found the Willett duo on Reels and (finally) gained the insight that enabled me to quiet all the confusing noise that’s out there regarding deficits/versus maintenance cals, in order to experience weight loss. Even implementing at 90% of what is shared has helped me move the scale down in a way I wasn’t able to the first 2-4weeks of doing the guess work myself. glowood4153 stars but could have been 4Just found you on YouTube. Glanced at IG and listened to a few episodes on Podcast. Love your approach to getting a handle on food issues. I basically started this way a couple months ago with slow success but success non the less. That was after trying all the keto, Carnivore, etc that I had difficulty sticking with. One concern I need to voice is your language. I can overlook a bit here and there but the few episodes I listened to had much more than a peppering. I was surprised how much languages you used especially after your stop porno episode about becoming a better man. Language is right up there too. Especially since your audience is mostly women but really that shouldn’t matter. Men don’t need more examples in that area. I’m guessing you don’t speak like that to your mom, so please consider your audience. I wanted to recommend your sites but now I hesitate to do so. And if I do it will be with strong warning with both younger and older ladies. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Here is what this podcast is NOT: 1- An incredibly fit male mansplaining how women can do better with their fitness levels and nutrition. It is evident within a very short time of listening that Maverick is undeniably genuine in his journey of helping women achieve results by navigating a proven and direct path that follows simple guidelines and focuses on incremental changes over time to lead into a lifetime of wellness. 2- Another ‘Get Fit Quick by ONLY doing ____”This is not an apple cider nonsense scheme, pill, diet, supplement, etc. Nope, there is only real work involved as real results are the only goal. 3- Another fitness podcast… okay, well it is, but it is so much more than that. Maverick balances the fitness talk with a very broad range of topics to keep the listeners engaged, including guest speakers, personal stories, and quips and jabs at pretty much anything he feels like. Free entertainment AND free life advice. I recommended this podcast to any woman out there who is sick of living in a ‘what diet/ supplement/ program can I try now?’ state. Sick of the binge-punish-starve-binge cycle that we put ourselves through. This podcast will help retrain your brain to love yourself (including your body as it is TODAY), refocus your energy on results and incremental change, and work through all the misinformation about fitness and nutrition that is flooding our news feeds daily. If you are ready to listen to non-sugar coated, exceptionally funny, and authentically raw material on fitness geared towards women 30+, this here is the one.

Maverick makes so much sense, is so consistent with the information delivered and really highlights that it is not a difficult recipe. It just takes focus consistency and really a ‘can do’ attitude. You won’t be disappointed. If you get this one a listen, you’re welcome.

Kirkland PhishSurprisingly Motivating For A ParentI’m not single or a divorcée or over 40. To be honest, I started listening to Maverick’s podcast because of his hilarious and relatable Instagram reels (the Beckyfit and wigs get me every time). I listen to a lot of fitness podcasts and only clicked on his “Busy Parents, How to Get Your Dream Body,” because I have listened to all my usual ones. I didn’t think I was going to like his format. But I’ve never felt more seen and heard as a mom before by someone in the fitness industry. I work from home and take care of my two babies under 3. I’m constantly burnt out mentally and physically. I barely sleep at night and it’s been hard to motivate myself. But he lays it out. I need to be better than my parents were. When my babies see my staying in my pajamas and lounging about and stress eating, they’re learning those behaviors. I started doing air squats with my infant and she thinks it’s hilarious. My toddler loves when I overhead press her. We’re starting to get dressed every morning, even if we don’t leave the house. I look up YouTube videos and my toddler copies what I do. It’s such an incredible feeling to set these examples and Maverick lays out that these changes really matter. He’s not telling me I need to somehow get more sleep or go to the gym 2 hours a day or skip out on the boot camp style session when I get the opportunity to go. He says you need to make small changes, and he’s really encouraged me to do so and feel good about them. That I am becoming a better mother each day just by doing a little, one day, I’ll be able to do a lot with my girls. I highly recommend listening to him even if you don’t think you fit the bill. It’s more than just physical health, you have to start with your mental health first.

On top of that, all the valuable info about hormones and the facts of fitness have been a game changer for me. Honestly, in a world where everyone wants to sell you something, this podcast GIVES you something! I’m so grateful I found this !

Learning about life lessons, and getting fitness and health recommendations for free and without feeling like I’m being mansplained to, is why I never miss an episode! This pod is entertaining and informative without being too silly or didactic. definitely makes me wonder: if everything Mav puts out on the podcast is so applicable, what hidden gems are provided in his program?

Maverick delivers the MOST free, easy to understand, applicable info out there! I’ve never been more educated about weight loss or fitness. He legit takes time to answer any question, simple or complex. It’s taken a couple months of his “mentoring” but I’m seeing results! The humbling part is knowing he goes thru the same mental and everyday struggles we do. So… be patient with yourself and treat yourself kindly, and see that booty grow! 🥳

I was surprised how quickly there was a response and I dove deeper into his content. I’m officially hooked! I really appreciate him talking to his audience candidly, focusing on just women, specifically us who struggle with things such as PCOS, and giving glimpses into his own personal experiences for us to take lessons from as well. This man has shifted my thinking and given me hope that I may not be like I am currently forever! My goal by the end of the year is to be one of his clients, but for now, I’ll be soaking up all the free content! Thank you for being you!!

Dre28OffthewallGAME CHANGER!!!Finally someone who understands ladies and ALL of our bad habits!!! I’ve learned so much from his podcast. I’m a hairstylist so the ladies and I are always talking diet. Everything thing he says is totally what we do, eat like baby rabbits, starve all week binge all weekend! My favorite is the F!!! The scale episode! He’s the only dude that I’ve listened too that actually understands that ladies can literally fluctuate day to day by 5 or over pounds!!! This podcast has saved me!!! I’m on a great roll to leaning out, toning, building muscle, all without doing tons of cardio and starving myself!!! GAME CHANGER!!!
