    I have listened to so many different podcasts to find a better diet but honestly everything I heard was never as information as these guys. Some people say be vegetarian because meats bad or just eat meat fruits/veggies are bad the real answer is whole foods… it is really that simple. They keep it simple and tell you straight up how it is and I definitely recommend listening to them.

    I look forward to listening to the latest episodes of this podcast every week. My friend and I have been on a journey of trying to create a healthier lifestyle after realizing all of the toxic foods & products around us. We listen every week and discuss our take aways. I love that Kyle provides healthier food options and I’m finding myself easily cutting out the garbage I used to be tempted by. I have also trashed cleaning supplies and made the switch to branch basics! I feel like I’m going down the path of cutting ties with my current doctor as she is not getting to the root cause of problems. I can relate to the episode where you mention doctors continue to push meds to fix problems which end up creating more issues.. Q&A - How did you locate a trusted functional doctor ? I know this will be out of pocket but how did you choose when you started your journey ? - Shelley / ig: @shelley012

    I was so happy to find out that Kyle started this podcast!! I have been following him on Instagram and YouTube! I highly recommend you listen to this podcast and learn about the clean and quality ingredients of food for you and your family. Kyle’s recommendation is not pushy. He can give us many options which we can start(…maybe changing your oil), which one is more we should care about milk or cheese? Something like that…because we cannot afford everything) Because you know the clean and quality foods are NOT CHEAP. @una729

    As a normal American, I don’t feel like I have enough time in the day to research and search for good options. I’m so glad I can rely on this podcast to give me helpful info and insight on things and food to improve my health and things to stay away from. I’m just a normal woman trying to do her best and I love that I can count on these guys to give me honest info and help support any person who wants knowledge and better options to live a health lifestyle.     They do a great job of teaching us ways to eat better without needing any crazy changes to my lifestyle. As someone with Crohn’s any info on gut health is super helpful and these guys are very relatable when sharing their own past issues and what helped them.     This show has opened my eyes to what I should be watching out for while shopping. I think this is a great podcast to start listening to if you have questions about food and health.     I appreciate that the hosts are brothers and speak from experience of their own health issues and journey. I have truly changed my diet and how I shop in the grocery store all thanks to Kevin and Kyle. I first came across Kyle on IG and when I learned about the podcast I was hooked. It’s so helpful to have someone break things down in an easy to understand way. Love the podcast!     I started listening to this podcast a few months ago, and it’s seriously been very enlightening. Kyle and Kevin have a fun and relatable dynamic when discussing topics that people tend to turn a blind eye to, and they make sure to talk about it in a way that is enjoyable to listen to! I really appreciate the product recommendations and I also think it’s fun when they play little trivia games at the end haha.

    @cupcake_emz Just like all their Instagram content, but with more details. I love learning about all these topics in depth! But a note about MSG: it can be naturally occurring in kelp/seaweed, so that can be hard to avoid at all costs, especially in Asian cuisine. Some topics I would love to hear about: collagens (powder or liquid?), citric acid, maybe skincare and household products?

    I’ve been following Kevin on IG for quite a while and was SOOO excited to see he came out with a podcast! There is so much high quality information in these sessions about how to buy, find, and eat the highest quality food and also keep your budget in mind. Also it is super practical advice and not extreme so it can align with anyone’s lifestyle and easy to integrate. Huge fan of the pod!

    Great info! I didn’t know mackerel was one to avoid or that cod, scallops, crab, lobster and flounder are safe to eat. As a kid I ate sardines a couple times and have almost bought some recently but wasn’t sure about the taste or how to season them etc. I follow you on IG too. Thank you for your info.

    As an individual who has struggled with IBS on top of multiple other gut issues. I’ve dedicated the last two years or so trying to fix my gut health. I stumbled upon Clean Kitchen Podcast I believe either TikTok, or Instagram, along with many other educational influencers. Fell in love with the easily digestible information that is given to me. I’ve learned a lot about healthy food choices, and was super excited when I found out a podcast was coming out! Absolutely love you guys thank you for all that you do. I am always educated at the end of every episode!
