There could be so much more information if the host could get over his own ego and let his guests speak. It is difficult to finish one episode when he continuously talks over and it negates everything the person he invited on his show is saying. Comes off as rude and egotistical.

I just listened to one episode. The interviewer keeps interrupting the interviewee half way in his sentence. He repeatedly uses “ wait wait hold on a minute”. I am beginning to feel bad for the the interviewee that his train of thought is being cut off. 😟

Great range of topics and always knowledgeable guests. This podcast is both highly enjoyable and informative!

I haven’t listened since 2015, when the boss I didn’t like, told me to. He’s probably a millionaire now. I. Am. Not. I’ve just earned a Broker License in MA. I’ve got 4 years’ of shows to catch-up on so I gotta run. Boston, here I come!

I started listening to this podcast before I got my real estate license, and it was one of the motivating factors in deciding to start a career in real estate. Then, I moved to a different state and began building my real estate business from the ground up again. This podcast not only gives me lots of new ideas about how to improve my business, it also reminds me that this industry is so rewarding! I find myself re-listening to favorite episodes and picking up extra tips I missed the first time. It’s a must-listen for anyone in real estate or anyone thinking about getting started in the business.

I’ve tried really hard to like this podcast and have even invested myself into listening to 15 episodes. I’m not typically a huge stickler on diversity but am kind of in shock that across 15 episodes not a single female was brought on as a guest. Men and women offer highly different perspectives and I would like to see the insight from a successful female realtor. Additionally, the host seems to have an air about him where he is consistently trying to prove himself to his audience and guests while his guests seem to be rather humble. It creates for cringeworthy conversations and makes it seem like the host is just listening to respond instead of creating engaging dialogue.

I used to listen to the show fairly regularly. All it seems to be lately is him trying to sign up as many people as he can for his brokerage. I come for the content, not a sales pitch. I’ll be leaving for now. Hopefully you’ll be able to leave the advertising to paid sponsors..

Great podcast, however it’s kind of annoying when the host interrupts the speaker every 60 seconds.

I used to enjoy the show until he started with EXP and constantly pushes this brokerage so he can recruit agents. Annoying.

Fantastic information I just wish the host would just think before he speaks. It gets annoying hearing him stumble over words trying to form a thought. Just take a min and form your thoughts man.

I was referred to Super Agents Live by a friend. I was surprised by the caliber of guests. Toby pulled great and helpful information from each one. The apps and book referrals are worth listening the wait. Good job Toby!

I really enjoyed listening to this podcast that was recommended by a friend. I'm not in real-estate but found the business advice solid because it's coming from top earners in a highly competitive industry. Can't wait to listen to more.
