What a breath of fresh air to have someone who is walking alongside us Catholic Moms in the thick of raising kids and growing families. She cautions us from always taking the easy or more convenient way in lieu of creating habits and systems to be the best mothers, wives, daughters, and friends we can be! Brittany comes from such a place of humility. I appreciate that it’s not an all-or-nothing approach to health and fitness. She lives by example to take good care of ourselves, while enjoying what life has to offer. The “Hot Mess Express” isn’t present in this podcast, and I can’t recommend it enough!

EyemahuskerFavorite Mom Health & Fitness Podcast!This is my favorite podcast! My husband always teases me when I bring up things about my Catholic mom podcast. Brittany has a great way of saying things we all need to hear. She pushes us to look beyond the cultural norms of embracing the hot mess mom life. She challenges us to pursue a life where we are called to be more and seek to improve and grow day in and day out. It’s often my inspiration, especially when we had a rough morning and things aren’t going as planned. She doesn’t “preach” or have a “holier than though” attitude and is very down to earth and relatable. Thank you Brittany!

PNWTarahChanged my year for the better!A friend of mine told me about the Healthy Catholic Moms back in February and it has seriously changed my life! After binge listening the podcast, I hopped on a free trial of Chasing Greatness, joined the 8-week fat loss program, and have even done some one-on-one coaching with Brittany. I had never consistently lifted weights before or balanced macros and I am LOVING it! I can pick up my 4 year old again, lift heavy things, and I have way more energy than I did at the beginning of the year. Thanks to Britt for putting out such great content! Love this podcast!

Her tips are so practical and she’s so motivating. I was able to lose 10 pounds in 8 weeks!!! But more importantly I finally felt strong and healthy! Her podcast is also so encourage and real. She’s easy to listen to and very down to earth. :)

But it’s her words...her podcasts and her one on one conversations that hit home and have helped me the most. Love that faith drives her! Even in my season of retirement and reinventing life with my husband after raising my family, I work out with and listen to Brittany each and every day. I always have said that you can’t take care of anyone else if you don’t take care of yourself first. Making time when there is no time is necessary. Her life hacks are awesome! 💗💗 .

ccgosser2010Macros & Strength TrainingThis is my first ever podcast review and I’m doing it because I’ve shared this podcast with multiple people in my life over the past several months (and I’d love to get the Postpartum program next year) because it’s been a huge help to me. I’ve been working out consistently since I was in HS and it’s just a part of my life. I never really put too much stock in nutrition because I could “run it off.” Now that I’m expecting my fifth child I’ve found a handful of resources, including this fantastic podcast, that have changed the way I view food and working out. This podcast has helped me to truly understand macronutrients and how they affect your body. I always heard the phrase before but couldn’t quite grasp the concept until it was broken down so easily here. I also love that I’ve learned strength training is the way to go and it doesn’t have to be a lengthy workout (which we all know is super difficult to fit in). Thanks for this wonderful resource and teaching me things I wish I’d learned back in HS.

If you’re not, look else where because you’ll probably roll your eyes at all the amazing content she’s giving you because you cannot imagine changing your boring, unhealthy, narrow mindset of a life to this amazing beautiful one. I mean that in a nice way- it’s not for everyone but it’s for those who want to stay on track, who have goals, who enjoy eating well, nourishing their bodies and souls and workout consistently all while being a busy mama! I love this podcast, Brittany! It is everything and more!!

As others have said, listening to Brittany feels like getting coffee with a friend! A note I wanted to share is, my family follows a strict healing diet and holistic lifestyle. While this isn’t what Brittany promotes/follows I still gain so many helpful tips and knowledge from her! So if you fall more on the holistic/crunchy side it’s still well worth listening!

Green KritterRelatable, Knowledgeable & MotivatingI’ve been scanning podcasts for working moms and discovered this one on a night sitting in the parking lot after dropping my son off CCD. I knew I was doing something (ok, a lot of things) for him each week, but what abut me? This podcast offers space for every mom to relate; I’m a mom of three, 8 and under, age 41. I’ve already began to track what I’m eating and I’m also drinking more water…stuff I used to do, but…the kids…and the full time job…right!? Well, this podcast will have you tossing your excuses out the window! Most of her advice comes with the reminder of prayer/God first-then follows up with research-back methods for treating our bodies as the temples we were gifted with. Really great delivery of info on balanced/ healthy eating and exercise for that isn’t a fad plan sprinkled with faith first.

Thanks to Brittany’s workouts and tips, I finally found a regimen that “sticks”. Following along with Brittany’s videos, or listening to the weekly podcasts, and having her to bounce ideas/obstacles off of really makes me feel like I’m not alone working out in my basement, and provides the community and accountability partner that I missed from regular gym classes. Apart from the workouts, Brittany has so many tips for healthy living and prioritizing health while being a busy mom. I am a dedicated listener to her podcast every week and have incorporated so much of her healthy living/non-restrictive philosophy into my lifestyle. Since finding Brittany’s podcast and adopting several changes I not only feel better and make more conscious food choices, but am overall healthier, fitter, and more confident.
