I would really like to see more content dedicated to specific GI issues and health concerns and the impact of diet. Examples include IBS, premenopause, cooking for kids with ADHD or other disorders, reviews of supplements or which whole foods impact these conditions. Keep going Lyndi… loved your books as well. ❤️

_ColsK_Not really anti-dietDespite being better than a lot of stuff out there it’s still a bit “diet-y”. Plenty of talking about making your body smaller. But better than much of what’s out there.
